Horrible formas de reportar
Tienen que mejorar la forma de reportar la luz. Siempre se congela el sistema.
Inútiles
El último update removió el botón de reportar área sin servicio eléctrico. Estoy sin luz eléctrica hace horas.

De verdad que estos infelices hacen lo que sea para fartidiar a las personas, hacen que Puerto Rico sea una isla tercermundista. Se llevan la luz cada vez que les da la gana. Dejan a las personas por las noches largas horas sin luz, son unos desconsiderados, charlatanes.
Las personas necesitan descansar para poder trabajar al otro dia y no lo pueden hacer gracias a esta basura de servicio.

New Last Update
App was working fine until the last update. Now every time you access the application needs to enter user and password. What happened to the biometric access? Is not working and it just disappeared from the menu.
Worst app ever, updates erased log in information.
This was ok to just see the balance but once it got an update it erased the log in information which now doesn’t work. Same account now won’t log in. Ridiculous. I guess the app is the same as the power service. Unreliable.
Update sucks
When updated it forgot the cache data. And the forgot username button freezes the app. This company sucks in general.

The app is just like their service, useless. It always says that “there is a planned outage” and marked as complete complaints without being resolve. Have to report it multiple times, or call directly which of course defeats the purpose of THE HAZARD of calling customer service.
