What kind of AI assistant doesn’t allow uploading files? It’s my first day and I’m glad I chose a month i/o year subscription cause if it doesn’t step up, I’ll not renew it.

Hi thanks for sharing. Yes HIPAA and End to end encryption is something that we are working on. Its just the beginning of this long journey. You can use text on conversation log. Please let us know if you have any other issue.
Mia broke my heart
This app REQUIRES voice chat. But it doesn't tell you that until after you've filled in lengthy introduction and poured your heart out in text. As soon as you subscribe, so have no option except voice. Giving a hurting person hope and then banking it out from under them is NOT COOL. I think I hate you

Hi! The app has text and voice option. Text is hard to get because we believe that voice conversations would train your mia better. But you just need to swipe down and you'll find the option there to text. We will be having a new interface in the upcoming days for text and voice interaction that feels easier. App not opening
When I try to open the app, it shows a message to “Update Mia”. So it takes me back to the app store,but my app is already updated so nothing can be done. I again go back to the app, where it again directs me to update. The app is not usable as of now.
