Effective application to improve the city
Helps me report citywide incidents by issue type with images & location recognition.
Would like future versions to 1. Enable ‘Share’ from phone photo to application and enable pop up widget and input optional a. text and b. location; 2. precise location recognition (it currently seems to require an approximate address.. I like how uber shows current location with accuracy and you can move ‘pickup’ pin) 3. Disable category select requirement 4. View city reply / comments under ‘My requests’ 5. Enable secondary media upload and follow up comments 6. Enable ‘share publicly (with anonymity) feature to enable other citizens to view and comment .. St. Petersburg’s setup of SeeClickFix does this well.

Game-changer!
This app has been a game-changer for me as a resident! I use it regularly to report things like broken streetlights and trash issues, and the city is quick to respond and address the problems. The app is super convenient for staying updated on local events. Overall, it’s made interacting with city services so much easier, and I really appreciate how it helps keep our community running smoothly. Highly recommended!

It used to be a great app
Not anymore… nothing in the app works. If this app is not maintained any longer, phase it out!
Trolley tracker not accurate
The trolleys show up on the map but are not where they say they are. Totally inaccurate.
Awful New Trolley Tracker
The trolley tracker in this app used to be very accurate and reliable. Unfortunately, the latest update rendered the tracker almost useless: updates only occur irregularly, half the trolleys are ghosts without live data, and some trolleys physically appear at a stop without showing on their route in the app. Lastly: why do the arrows in the icons for routes A and B both point clockwise? Please bring back the old version!

Trolley Favorite
While the updated app is a bit quicker, elderly residents such as myself now will have difficultly using the trolley tracker. What took 2 clicks before now takes at least 4 because you removed the feature to add favorite stops. The text size has also been reduced to the point that I can barely read. Please bring back the favorite feature for the trolley. Thanks

No more report a concern
The form to report a concern stopped working
FIX THE APP! IT WAS AMAZING.
This app was an amazing way to report issues. Now there are no items in the drop down. Fix this app now!
A valuable tool down the drain!
Echoing the other reviews I used to rely on this app to turn in concerns. The city of Miami Beach was absolutely fantastic of taking care of those concerns. Now we are all left with nothing.
I’m only hoping and praying the city of Miami Beach doesn’t go the direction of every other major city in this country and turn into a crap hole.
I actually walked to the cities customer service desk to inquire what was going on with the app, and I was met by employee that didn’t even know it existed. A very sad development.

Cannot report a concern
You cannot "report the concern" anymore because there's nothing to pick from the drop-down menu for "request type". It will not allow you to complete the alert for something to be remedied.
I walk several miles a day and see things that need to be fixed or repaired it. It's always been done in a timely manner by the city of Miami Beach but when you cannot report and be concerned, citizens becomes very frustrating and that should be fixed immediately.

Used to be great.
The Miami Beach city app used to be a great tool for residents like myself. Now on the “report a concern” tool you can’t select any departments. It’s informative, but basically useless.
App doesn’t work anymore
They’ve removed the options to select what type of request you want to make. It’s been this way for a few months. So many things that the city needs to be aware of like open manhole covers, broken street signs, and nothing, not even a phone number on the app to call.
Unfortunately they took out ‘Report a Concern’
I’ve used the app for years to report issues to the City and get results. It’s been fantastic - but now they have disabled that feature. I’m basically left with the Trolley Tracker feature. :(

I am glad the city crated this useful app. I consulted it for everything, the trash, the bus, the news about he city etc. Great job !!

This is an excellent app for residents!!!
This is an excellent app for residents to use to report concerns that need to be addressed by the city. I use it several times per week to address issues such as burnt out street lights, public garbage cans that need to be emptied, graffiti removal, broken irrigation sprinklers, abandoned bike removal, etc. This app pin points location and gives ability to attach picture. The city does a great job in completing these requests and then they send you an email to let you know the disposition of your service request. The West Avenue Neighborhood is much improved through the use of this app. Great job and Thank You!!

Works great for me
Really only have used it for the trolley tracker, so far, but find it very reliable.
Garbage!!!
I cannot stand this app it's always crashing and never loads up when you open it until maybe the 20th time. What is even the point? And now they have this "Two finger" map moving thing which makes it even worse!

Needs to be simpler
Need to have an auto suggest based on your location and the. Suggested routes accordingly... rather than requiring you to know the route itself.... loved the idea but .... forgot whom this is for ... locals elderly people ...
