App buggy and customer service useless
I like the fact you offer free consults, and all was working seamlessly for my first prescription - I could see all 3 scripts in the app and order them all in one transaction, and pay one shipping fee. After having a renewal consultation and my previous scripts expiring, the app now says I have no active scripts. I have to open each text message script link individually and pay separate $15 shipping fees for each product. Almost $50 just to ship my medication each month is ridiculous and unsustainable. Tried emailing customer support and was told I had to call. Tried calling and after being on hold for 15 minutes was told “sorry but we can’t do anything about the app playing up,” so I will yet again be changing providers. So disappointing.

App sucks
This app actually sucks, not only does it get the dates incorrect but it signs me in and out all the time, asks for facial ID even when signing in with the password and more. FIX YOUR DAMN APP

Great service, faulty app
The app seems to have regular glitches where you’re unable to proceed with bookings. I’d also like to see current prescriptions actually show up in the script section; they only show up once dispensed/ expired which is not very helpful.
