App sucks
This app actually sucks, not only does it get the dates incorrect but it signs me in and out all the time, asks for facial ID even when signing in with the password and more. FIX YOUR DAMN APP

Great service, faulty app
The app seems to have regular glitches where you’re unable to proceed with bookings. I’d also like to see current prescriptions actually show up in the script section; they only show up once dispensed/ expired which is not very helpful.

It doesn’t even show my scripts on this app I got to ring everytime just to see what I have. Very frustrating when you have no credit🤦♀️
god awful
why have an app if it can’t be used is my only question. not a single thing csn be done but sign in and out. can’t see anything at all except the sign out button which is annoying considering people have scripts to access

Some things work really well. Some things don’t work. This appears to be a work in progress. Once you get over the start up, this app can be very helpful. A lot of potential in this app - I hope you keep improving it!
Terrible App
It’s almost impossible to use this app. Most of the buttons don’t work & bugs are never fixed

What an awful app. Does not work properly. Whomever was paid to make the app should give you your money back.
I had to try several times to sign a simple form before it finally seemed to catch on that I’d completed and signed it.
I booked in for a dr appointment but the app doesn’t actually connect with anything apparently so now have to wait another week for the appointment because the appointment I booked (and shows in the app as booked) apparently does not exist.
I never want to have to use this useless app again.

Keep on getting a sign in error. Fix your app.
$12 credit card transaction fee
Charging $12 for a credit card transaction fee is an absolute joke. Order through your nearest pharmacy instead and save the money
