I had been a customer for years and up until buying a full bottle of perfume. Everything was fine. I purchased a full bottle of Prada candy edp, not sure what I received because it does not smell like anything and I paid over $78 for it. I had already purchased a five ML tester so I know how the perfume is supposed to smell. I reached out multiple times and left text for Customer Service. They have not replied to any of the messages. That was five days ago. I’m going to reach out to my credit card company to see if I can get a resolution. I am very upset. I will not be doing any more business with this company. Just go buy it at the store. That way you’ll be sure you’ll get the correct thing.
