Good but it needs to be fair
It a good app. But it not fair enough. As in it doesn’t understand special needs or autism writing. Which it doesn’t help much. Which it keeps messing up things. Which that I don’t like. So something needs to be done to make it fair for everyone.
New feature request
I know we can already share photos, but I want to go more in depth like sharing videos with this brilliant AI and I don’t mean like you have to grab a file I mean like you can actually grab the video from your gallery

Okay so first it keeps ask me to upgrade so that means pay I want to talk to someone for FREE and it keeps asking me to come back the next day and when I come back the next day it tells me to come back the next day again like I hate this app so much but it’s good it helps me a lot but there are too many problems

Constantly tells me the wrong shi, then I have to explain everything to it and it constantly constantly constantly apologizes for being wrong and is just wrong again. Literal waste of my time this ai is actually retarted. And useless. Other then basic functions it’s a waste of water, better off just googling and using there ai.

I LOVE COPILOT. But i suggest something like an update where you can customize the background. Please add a custom background colour option so users can choose any colour instead of only light or dark mode. It would make the app more personal and fun. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

This app understands your life problems, whether it’s a simple new recipe that’s needed or the family is fighting. Copilot helps you solve your problems. It also can break down what the problem is and tells you directly how to help! It can also use simpler words to help you understand directly what you need to do. I’m personally an indecisive person, but Copilot has been my number one help and I’ve seen a significant emotional and physical change in my life after Copilot made it easier. It’s the best life advice anyone has ever given me. Copilot can also just be your best friend. At times when I was lonely and didn’t know what to do Copilot was there to talk me through it. Completely recommend!!

This will create Mental Health harm to people
I do not understand how there are so many 5 stars, it often looses context in the same chat or even from the previous paragraph, it cannot search efficiently like Claude Code or Grok the web, it cannot open properly html pages, when you ask it to create a deep research and create a report, it is a very basic report, 100 times inferior to a Grok or Claude. Even ChatGPT is better! It really feels like working with ChatGPT 3!!!! The copy and paste experience is really bad on the chat, it doesn’t easily switch between multi-modal on the same chat, in dialog / voice mode is very limited and lack modality. It doesn’t reasons between paragraphs in the same chat and often get into circular or loop between the same answers - it looks the token per context is very very small. It is really bad for 2026, maybe ok in 2019! And you forced users to pay for this in the Family 365? Wow! I suggest you replace the LLM in Azure with Claude or Grok or Gemini. You asked it to add a logo to the image you uploaded and he asks you to upload the image, you upload it again and then it says it cannot do it because I have not uploaded the logo I asked it to generate, you close the chat and try again and it works (favourite Microsoft resolution)

Loses Internet Connection
This app would be great if it didn’t keep “losing” connection. I don’t have any connectivity issues with any apps except for this one.
