App Doesnt Work
Every time I try to login I enter my information and nothing happens. It’s like the buttons are useless. It doesn’t tell me invalid username or anything, literally nothing happens
$70 a month for this?
I have 2 connections to my wifi in my studio apartment. My Xbox and my phone. Why am I paying $70 for constant input delay and lag? It’s a scam. Definitely cancelling and finding someone better

Displeased
I could not log into the app. My login was correct, I started & restarted my phone, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I still got “404 Customer not found in this cloud.” The second phone call with Midco customer service got it working and my updated modem working. It was a very frustrating process.

Please Add Network Prioritization
Im not sure if it’s just me or Midco recently removed this feature in an update. You used to be able to prioritize your WiFi connection to a certain device, a specific persons devices or a specific type of media you’re consuming, such as streaming. This was a fantastic feature even though I’m not sure if it was noticeably faster. Still, the ability to prioritize your network connection to whatever you want is a must have feature.
Please integrate this feature back into the app.

Not working at all
First time downloading this app and I can’t even access it! Every time and every form of logging in It says there’s an error try again in a few seconds. Managed to make it load and the service timed out. I have deleted the app and restarted it so many times. Please fix asap!!!

The app doesn’t work and I can’t even get to the login screen
Blank Screen/Not Possible to Login
App is not working. It blank when opened. Only field seen is done in upper left screen. I can’t see anything else and this has been an ongoing issue for more than several days, including several weeks , if not more than a month now. Not able to login at all.

Completely broken
After disabling all customization on the router, Midco forces users to download this app which completely does not work. It gets stuck on the “login” page, showing a blank screen. I cannot believe how awful this service is.
Not designed by intelligent person
Options don’t have enough context to understand what they do. One pod says off-line and does not tell you why it’s off-line or give you any options to turn on.
Doesn’t work
It was working fine and was pretty use, however, for a couple months now, it hasn’t work. All it does when you try to log onto your network is take you to a blank screen, which you can’t do anything on except close and delete the app.
No longer functional
The app no longer works. Upon hitting sign in it launches a blank web browser page. That’s it. There are no support links, it just does nothing and there’s no information from Midco whether this app is still meant to be used.
The app doesn’t work, Midco messed up
I try to sign in, but it won’t load. They also messed up my wi-fi so the pod no longer works for the wi-fi and the are trying to charge extra for putting it in the wrong room.

Been trying to log in to this app for days. All to set up my “new” router. And it simply tells me to try again in a few seconds. What is with these companies trying to fix things that are not broken… I know plenty of people who only have a flip phone. What’re they to do?
