This app is very hard to navigate. Don’t like it at all , you could do better! You make it so hard to make payments!! No easy directions on how to navigate this app. Ugh fix this thing !!!!! All these positive are written by AI or employees. :(

Desperately needs a dark mode!That piercing white is a lot. Needs some polish like simple back buttons.
One thing that many other banks off is ability to make sub accounts within one account. This would be great to visually organize 1 account for a persons needs.
I have started moving to online high yield savings accounts that give the ability to also act as a checking/savings account all in one account while still earning as much interest as the rewards checking out and in some cases more.
Still don’t understand how Midwest is still so far behind that we can’t use Apple Pay. They keep saying it’s coming for over 2 years now.
The alerts are complicated and don’t work correctly all the time.

No way to pay extra
Why can’t we pay extra on our mortgage payment?
We used to be able to before they updated this web page, and since then, we can’t. WHY???
I think it’s probably illegal not to be able to pay extra. I know you can go to a branch and do that but I pay on line all the time.
I have asked about it many times and just get told “they are working on it”.
I can’t imagine that it would be that hard to do, so why isn’t it done after almost 2years???

Great Banking app
You want be disappointed
Not happy
As I’ve said in the past when I first started using the mobile app I was able to pay extra towards my mortgage principal. Now I have to go to the local branch to do so. I’ve been waiting for the change.

I’ve used it for years and always appreciated its simplicity and security.
Convenient.
It’s convenient being able to pay my loan from my phone. Sometimes the app can be a little buggy which can be a little frustrating when managing money, but way better than having to go to the bank or make a phone call.

It’s convenient being able to pay my loan from my phone, but the app is buggy and the layout is bad. I have to go through like 3-4 different pages to pay the only loan I have versus them just having it on the main page. So, I rate it “Meh”.
