Cant scan anymore
After updated to the newest version, the 2 step verification scan does no longer work. Please fix this as soon as possible. It impacts client experiences

So i tried to scan my Luffy gear 4 and i keep putting in the middle of my phone like just take a picture of our figure

When I go to scan a few new figures I have it says error this product does not exist, also after using my coins to claim a voucher it says invalid code. I tried emailing them about my issue and it’s been about 2 weeks still no response, such a waste of potential, also one of my friend ordered from them and one of the figures they ordered didn’t come with a stand. I ordered from the about a week ago and when I got it I was fortunate enough to get the chase figure, only for it to be missing a main piece.. this company is a joke I highly recommend ordering mighty jaxx figures from different third party company like hot topic or any other company besides MightyJaxx

WHERE IS THE SCANNER
I tried connecting my RARE toy and it wouldn’t even let me scan it i even tried holding it in one spot for 10 minutes it still didn’t work

NFC doesn’t work
Tried scanning multiple figures to my collection but keep getting errors when I try to use nfc.
Do not waste your money
I have contacted the company several times with only the same response, thanking me for my patience. I still want a refund and, nonetheless, still have received no response about my order's whereabouts. It feels like I got scammed.

Limited country’s
I live in Connecticut which is in the USA but none of these choice I can select in the app which means I can’t buy anything or it will go to another country which such because I want to use my coins for deals but since I can’t choose Connecticut I have too go onto the website to buy what I want which is alright but I don’t get any coins, and the surprising thing is that on the website, USA and Connecticut are listed there as options so I hope they can fix this in the future but for right now I have too buy figure with no coin rewards.

Bad service
This app and overall "company" are con artists, don't order from this place they don't give any real help, and if you order something don't expect it at all any time soon not in the possible future.... placed an order on January 26th and haven't had any updates on my order in any way. Be cautious the item look great but I doubt they'll ever make it to the buyer

mediocre, has some functional issues
the search doesn’t work well, couldn’t do the nfc tap i went to my phone settings, exited in and out and nothing happened and also when putting in my birthday for a split second the months and days were there then they were gone just blank, same with the years i could only see 2025 and the future😭😭

App not that good
If you have 2999 mighty coins app won’t allow you to scan any toys after that, so you won’t be able to add them to your show case or gain any more coins after this. I guess this is to prevent people to reaching “navigator” status

Buying figurines from the app works! But displaying my physical collection through the app is hideous! Takes forever to load, some of my collection doesn’t download, backgrounds aren’t optimized etc. Great idea for the app but poor execution. Amazing product collection though!
Why did my phone freeze and I had to force restart?
This is a horrible app I downloaded and a notification came up and it wouldn’t let me click ANYTHING my phone was completely frozen and wouldn’t work until I figured out to do a force restart. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT WILL PROBABLY DO THE SAME!

App doesn’t let me put my birthday month, day or year, also doesn’t let me connect my Facebook or Instagram.

I opened this up to find I received a bunch of notification pop ups for random things, on the last notification, it wouldn’t let me press allow or don’t allow as it didn’t do anything! I spent 10 minutes trying to work out how to get the pop up notification off my screen
It does work
Most reviews say that the NFC scanner doesn’t work. I had trouble at first tapping the back of my phone on it, however when I watched the official tutorial video I realized there is a specific part of the phone you have to tap. Once I figured that out I had no problems. I would definitely recommend watching the video to everyone having problems

Scan won’t work
So I’ve been trying to scan my SpongeBob Kandy toy and it hasn’t worked for the past 15 minutes making me frustrated I did what it said in the middle or top and hasn’t worked so if u can get some help that would be wonderful

First, I thought it was the case hindering the scan. Took out the case, still no.
