Always issues with the app worse the past two weeks
The app has always been glitchy and has never worked seamlessly the past 3 years. I am not a fan of quite a few features that are an invasive and only the admin can control especially the voice/call recording feature but for my job I didn't get to choose the platform for a virtual business number so I am stuck using mightycall. For the past two weeks or so the app keeps signing off without being prompted to. I have to completely sign back in every morning and throughout the day and signing in
is not a smooth experience either. I use the same sign in credentials and it tells me that it's incorrect. So I have to restart the app and sign in process minimum 3 times but usually more than that. For the yearly fee you guys charge you should do better.

App is so sometimez
I love the virtual phone system but their phone app has issues! I have had to delete the app and reinstall so many times for it to work. They will have times no issues then later it just say retry later and the only fix is to delete the application and reinstall. Even reaching out to the support that is their reply. They need to do better since it’s needed to get your calls in your phone if business.

App is non functional
I’ve had mighty call for several years. However, this year alone, the app has not been working. Support is almost nonexistent for the app. Constantly delete and reinstall to get this app to function properly.
Frequent bugs on the app
Frequently miss very important calls from clients because of the app's inability to function properly. I feel like the app has never run without error in the year I have been using it, I reach out to support every single time and they say they will look into it just for a new bug to pop up after. Phone doesn't ring one day, call log shows up empty the next, transfer feature just doesnt work on multiple occasions, no text notifications.... I shouldnt have to delete and redownload an app everytime I want to use it as advised by support.

Works great when it works
The app keeps crashing. Our office staff have to delete the app and redownload every day to use it. They have made the company aware but doesn’t seem like they are fixing it. Makes it really hard to run a business. Disappointed.

Update issues
Since the update I can’t send links via text to anyone, nor can I speak to anyone on the cellphone when I pick up the business line. I can hear them fine but they can’t hear me. Waste of money since most of the calls are coming from advertising costs to get customers. I’m starting to look for an alternative

If you love dropped calls and bad reception!
I have to use this for work and it regularly hangs up calls, when I go to answer calls it hangs up, it’s super frustrating to be using this but i have no choice cause it’s for work.

App doesn’t work half the time
I’ve been using this app and service for nearly a year, and it doesn’t work half the time. From time to time, the phone rings, it’s impossible to answer, when I try to, it closes the app and I miss the call. Or, someone calls, it doesn’t ring and goes directly to the voicemail. Or, I’m trying to dial a number and I can’t, the buttons won’t work.
I’ve been told to reinstall the app every week, to make sure it’s always up to date. But even that didn’t solve the issues of not being able to get my incoming calls.
Customer service is nice and friendly. But the app is no good.

Do not use this India based service! your calls and information are not secure they will sell your information to anyone including competitors.
constantly buggy
i cannot tell how how many times i have my app ready to accept calls and they don't go through and then i get the call notification. this app is awful.
Impossible to use half the time

Lots of downtime and service outages
Very poor customer experience. Their VOIP tech is weak and unreliable. Can’t believe HubSpot puts their name on this product!
Frequent Downtime, bad service
I had signed up for the yearly subscription, but had to cancel 7 months early due to unreliability and frequent down time, when clients could not reach us at all. They refuse to refund the 7 unused months. Customer service was absolutely terrible to work with when I canceled. Very unethical company, beware!

Overall Good With Potential
The system is better than the APP. The APP does not allow the user to manage call flow so I am constantly having to log into the web version from my phone. The system itself is pretty glitchy. We miss many calls a week from the wrong phones ringing or certain phones not ringing at all. If someone sends a call to voicemail on the call list, then the other phones don’t / stop ringing. I’m experimenting with whether having a call phone on “do not disturb” does this as well. The webcalling feature is unusable and caused us to miss two days worth of calls when we attempted to use it. It gets confused when calling several numbers at once.
The call recording function works well. As long as I stay awake 24/7 and monitor it for glitches then it’s great.
Customer service is nice enough and helpful mostly. I just had to stop using several features and “dumb it down” to basic call forwarding.

The app is great, if it actually worked consistently
We have been using mighty call for some time now and it has helped to manage our growing call volume, but it is far from perfect.
I understand there will always be bugs and there are fixes, but it seems like every time there’s an update a new bug or error happens that takes longer to get fixed. Like missing journal history in the app, calls dropping all the time, poor call quality and calls being sent direct to voicemail/hang up even though there’s at least one person assigned and available to take calls.
The app and website are what we need for our call management, but it needs to work better for us to be satisfied with the service.
We will be looking for an alternative to cover our call management needs.

Good service
Overall, Mightycall is a great app, but it has so many bugs, sometimes I have to reinstall the app because there are errors trying to connect, so I cannot see the past calls or SMS, it happens almost every week and it’s getting annoying. It’s absolutely a cache problem, I’m using this app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max I hope they fix it soon!

They did fix it, but I’ve found some other details that they are fixing!
Customer service is great and that’s what really counts, if you have problems they’ll do their best to fix it soon.

No accountability
I have been using mightycall with several businesses for the past 3plus years. They used to be very professional and prompt to address issues. I think currently they are getting too big to handle their clientele and their app is extremely unstable! When I call in to explain my issues they try to shhh me by offering a 17 dollar credit. If you want a VOIP system this is NOT the one I’d go with! Try GoTo. Their pretty stable and don’t have many connection issues!
