Mila quit working… cant do a reset, and fan wont work
Unit died after 5 years
As the title states, our Mila died after using it for only 5 years, without warning. Contacted the company and they told us there’s no way to fix it or troubleshoot it. They gave us a 20% off coupon to purchase another one. We didn’t. It’s too bad they can’t refurbish it. Seems like a waste of resources/materials.

App great. Physical product rubbish.
I invested in five of these air purifiers a couple of years ago. The app is absolutely fantastic - best I’ve seen. HOWEVER, the actual products are now infamous for dreadful reliability. All of mine have failed in one way or another. For the price, it’s an absolute disgrace. American engineering for you, I suppose. Look elsewhere. I’ve gone to a UK brand, which also has cheaper/ less wasteful filters.

So loud and unpleasant!
My Mila air purifier wasn’t cheap and now it’s so loud it’s unbearable.
By far the best, if I had more rooms, I’d have more units!
Not sure why you’d look elsewhere, but I have had (and regretfully still do) other “premium” air filters and Mila air filters blow them away for a number of reasons. Starting from the top, and rare these days, customer service. They recognize brand loyalty. It’s been years and they still care for my needs for all four (yes four) of the devices we have on our home. As for quality, we’ve gone through massive wildfire smoke issues, horrible AQIs, post home construction, you name it, and these Milas made all of those experiences much better than anyone else we’ve known. I cannot praise this company and their units (including their app) any higher…if they made other types of household goods, I’d trust them just as much (and would go broke investing in them).
