I bought men shoe and it was very nice and the quality was great. I’m going to order another pair this month for my son they are beautiful.

Brautkleid bestellt, war zu klein. Die wollten 15% des Preises (174€) einbehalten für die Anprobe und die Rücksendung musste ich selbst bezahlen, waren 50€. Nie wieder!!!!

ACHTUNG KAUFT DORT NICHT EIN, DIE ZUEHEB EUCH AB!!!
Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt, dass nicht gepasst hatte weil es nicht in der Größe kam wie bestellt. Dann wollte ich es zurück schicken und die schlagen euch extreme Gebühren. Den Rückversand müsst ihr eigenständig zahlen. Da es in China liegt habe ich für die Rückversendung über 200 Euro gezahlt. Auch die Anlieferubg musste ich zahlen. Na CH der Rücksendung haben die mir plötzlich zusätzliche fette Gebühren geschlagen und verlangen irgendwelche Zusatzkosten von mir plus den Versand den ich ja angeblich beim hintransport nicht gezahlt hätte, daweil habe ich ihn beim bestellen schon bezahlt!!! Totale abzocke ihr bestellt etwas günstig und zahlt am Ende 3 mal so viel nur weil ihr es zurück sendet. Totale Frechheit. Totale Abzocke!!!!! Brutal schlechter Service. Lasst euch nicht verarschen!!!

Worst company ever you have been warned ‼️
This company is completely a scam artist who steals other people pictures and post them as their own Selling merchandise. That does not look like the picture. I ordered a green fur coat in a large and I did not get the large and when I got the coat it look like a dusty robe they refuse to let me return the coat. I tried to reach out to them the day I received the coat and they said is no way for them to send me a label. I will have to return it on my own pay for shipping the only thing they offer was to give me 20% back and I have to pay for a coat that I have to throw away because it’s not wearable do not shop with them. Customer service is terrible. The product look very cheap. Look like someone spent five dollars on it from a thrift store.

Attention, grosse arnaque! je me suis fait voler 90 €. Les robes ne sont absolument pas conformes autant sur les tailles que sur la matière que sur la forme ou même la couleur de la robe tracer votre chemin. Pour le prix vous avez beaucoup mieux ailleurs.

Run away do not buy from them, I bought a dress from them and when it arrived the sizes were wrong and the fabric was very bad and ugly. I asked to return it, they asked me for many pictures, and when I took them, they refused to return or even exchange! I wrote a comment on the piece itself and they did not publish it on the site

Je regrette bien d’avoir commandé sur ce site où j’ai perdu du temps et de l’argent ! Vu le prix des articles le service après vente est loin d’être à la hauteur ! Vous n’avez pas le droit à l’erreur si les articles ne vous conviennent pas. Prenez bien connaissance de leur politique de retour (frais à votre charge et redevance).

Non consiglio a nessuno questa app e questo sito, compro spesso su internet ma un servizio così pessimo non l’ho mai trovato.
Ti parlano del servizio reso e poi ti dico di tenerti la merce, arrivata totalmente diversa dalle foto, e di vendertela su e-bay.

Not a satisfied customer!!
My first shoe purchase was good… so I decided to double down and buy three more pairs of shoes… and they packed three pair of shoes in one small box!! so needless to say, the shoes were damaged, on the app they only show you the good reviews I wrote a review for three pairs of shoes, and I can’t find it on their page!!! I am deleting this app, and I will never use it again!!!

Katastrophe!!!!
Ich habe mich exakt ausgemessen und bestellt. Das Kleid ist enger als gedacht. Schlecht verarbeitet, überall schauen Fäden raus. Laut Kundenservice könne ich die Fäden ja auch einfach abschneiden. Das Kleid ist nicht wie auf dem Bild. Meine Bewertung auf der App wird nicht veröffentlicht. Was meiner Meinung nach eine Täuschung der Kunden ist. Rückversand muss man selbst tragen und dann wird einem noch 30% vom Kaufpreis abgezogen, bei der Rückerstattung, da man das Kleid anprobierte hat. Lächerlich. Nie wieder!

Found the dress of my dreams and order it. Showed it’d be shipping in 15 days. A whole month goes by and NO updates on it or anything!! Took me forever to find a way to contact them and when I did, the response time was about a day!! Was lucky and they canceled my order and gave me a refund, but I wonder if I never reached out if I would’ve ever gotten my order. Avoid them!!!!

Falls euch euer Kleid nicht passen sollte, bekommt ihr euer Geld nicht zurückerstattet bzw bekommt nur 70% des Kaufpreises zurück. Es fallen sehr teure Retoure kosten nach China an, die ihr auch selber tragen müsst. Zudem sind die Brautkleider Bewertungen gefälscht!! Meine schlechte Bewertung wurde sofort gelöscht.
