Milk and more service is great, but the app is terrible. Glitchy and unreliable

Faulty update
Since the update I’ve been unable to sign in. If I try to reset my password, it tells me I have no Internet connection (which I have). Tried both with wifi and 5G, no way to login and change my order
Pants!
Absolutely terrible software- no intuition and it never works properly. Always end up going to the website to log in and even then it’s still pants- just easier to log in. Funny the remove the customer feedback form when it suits them. Not that they respond promptly when you do post something to them. Took them 3 months to come back to me- only to say- ‘Hope your issue is resolved’ 😡😡😡

Never works
I’ve been with M&M for years and this app has never worked properly for me. I use the website only. Never updates my orders correctly, always has errors.
Buggy. But semi-functional
You can get yourself set up on the app but I have found it really buggy when modifying orders. Payments fail and the error messages are not very helpful in diagnosing the issue. There are even spelling errors in the error messages, it does not seem very polished.
Buggy New Version
The latest version has a serious bug. When you order a 1 off item and go to the basket no item is showing, yet it allows you to pay for the invisible product. Sure enough the item gets delivered and payment is taken. Don’t do what I did .. bought 3 lots of butter but now know they’re invisible. I’m using the website now for certainty

Still unworkable - can’t log in
Despite repeated assurances and new update 1 day ago they still have not fixed the log-in part of the app so what use is it. It’s no good the developers tweeting the functionality of the app if they don’t fix the log-in . Log-in works on website but not app- such a fundamental error suggests that they don’t really care and the app is just something to say they have.

Unusable
I can’t make any amendments without double and triple-checking. The app and website both don’t reflect my input changes on the ‘basket’ page… I’ve given up for now… fed up
Won’t let you log in
Horrible, won’t let you log in, reset password for it again tell me the credentials are wrong
No internet
Trying for days to sign up but all I get is a message saying no internet and try again. I’ve given up 😐
Rubbish
Picked what I wanted and tried to check out,took ages to register & after all that then came up “network error” message by which time I missed cut off point,waste of time,now gone back to normal website to try again in 2days!!

Why can you not view in landscape format
Please make it possible to view this in landscape. I have a keyboard attached to my Ipad which means I always use it in landscape mode - surely this quite common. I don’t understand why apps are made in portrait only. Every time I use this app I have to contort my head at a silly angle or call up the soft keyboard and hold the ipad on it’s side, which usually results in the physical keyboard falling off and having to be reattached. Surely a simple thing to sort.

Keeps Failing
Almost every time I try to confirm an order I get an error. This has been happening for about three months.
Good Service. Bad App
The delivery service and products you get from milk & more are fantastic. I have used them for a long time now and cannot fault the product.
Sometimes, very rarely, (I think it has only happened twice in my whole time using the service) a delivery is missed. This is understandable as things happen. Milk & more quickly and automatically issued me with a refund.
The products I have used have always been great, especially some of the bakery items and juice. There is a long and varied selection of items on offer.
The only issue is the App. When making changes to regular orders it says that changes have been saved but more often than not you still get the old items delivered. I have really struggled to reliably make amendments to regular orders and this has regrettably resulted in my having to close my account, as I cannot seem to change/stop orders coming and I have built up a huge backlog.
If the app gets fixed, I would not hesitate to come back.

9/10 I try to make a simple change or order in the app, I give up and use the website.

One off purchases don’t work consistently
Overall the user experience and functionality is reasonable. However adding one off purchases to the basket for single deliveries does not work consistently. For me is the principal purpose of using the app, so the bug makes it largely useless.

Can’t sign up as says network error even when connected. If you can’t sign up even on the app I can only imagine how useless the rest of the app is. Don’t bother!
Love the actual service, hate the app
I’ve been a customer for a few months and was initially impressed by the app’s concept - regular orders and one off orders. However, the amendments for one or two items just don’t stick. I inadvertently added 5 pints of milk in the regular order portion of the app for one Friday months ago and every single week I have to go in and amend it back to three. Every week. Several times. Then I had a bread delivery once or twice and it won’t let me remove it. It’s frustrating as I really like the service - everything arrives in the early hours, it’s all good quality and the choice of products is fantastic. The app lets it down really. So the two stars are for the app not the delivery service and products
