Super helpful

Easy to use, quick way to log how you’re going and I rlly like that it shows you the patterns of what things impact your mental health. It’s actually helped me notice new things and the content has some cool ideas too

Better than other MH apps

Unlike other health apps that only let you track one thing, I really like that this app lets you easily track lots of different things in one place. You can track your mood, sleep, energy/concentration, social connectedness AND you can link your Apple health data to see how your physical health and mental health interact.

A really easy app to use for checking in on your mental health and wellbeing. I like that the daily check-ins are quick and that you can see patterns over time. A great tool for becoming more aware of how things like sleep, mood and activity can affect how you’re feeling.
