MiEye measures light to help track your circadian rhythms and help you understand how you can use light to be healthier, sleep better, and feel better. MiEye was created by circadian rhythms researchers to capture real-world light exposure patterns and the effect on each photoreceptor of the human eye (all alpha-opic illuminances). From these data, MiEye models how light impacts the circadian clock. The MiEye app allows you to capture and process data the from your MiEye device.

Minding Your Mind helps you learn about and take control of your mental health. It includes comprehensive tracking of your sleep, activity, mood, symptoms, and behaviours to get a more detailed picture of you and provide you with actionable insights and evidence-based strategies to help you self-manage your mental health. Researchers at the Brain and Mind centre have created Minding Your Mind as a tool to help you understand your mental health and identify patterns, empowering you to discover what works best for you. All data you enter into the app is strictly confidential and not linked to your identity. If you choose, you can contribute your deidentified data to research and make an important contribution to science and our understanding of mental health.
