Current Vitality follows your day as activity and naps change it — touch and hold the curve to read any moment Today's Routine - The Today tab now has a Routine page, built from your wake-up time and your Morning Vitality - Seven items cover wake up, daylight, caffeine cutoff, nap, exercise, dim the lights and planned bedtime, and each one shows how its time was worked out - The timeline marks the current and the next item, and a separate card appears when you are up late Sleep Trends - The Sleep tab now has a Trends page: week, month and year views of time asleep, fell-asleep and wake-up times, late nights, sleep continuity and vitals - A week calendar has been added to the sleep page, with three styles to choose from Ear-Level Volume - Nap details now show Ear-Level Volume: the level your ears actually heard — taken from AirPods when you were wearing them, and from the watch's environmental sound levels when you were not - On watchOS 27, Apple Watch samples environmental sound levels far less often; when a nap has too little to work with, the card says so [Improved] - English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese have been revised throughout, with health metric names matched to the Health app in each language - The stay-up threshold can now be set anywhere from 21:00 to 02:00, in half-hour steps - Faster cold start and first paint [Fixed] - Deleting a nap that ran past midnight did not refresh that day's list - Other minor improvements and fixes 2.0 is a major redesign and needs more time.
