Dark Theme mode
When will you bring a dark mode theme in the app?
Went haywire after internet outage
Did everything it said to do checked the wifi type changed it and nothing worked absolutely garbage
Good luck doing any shortcuts/automations on iPhone or Apple Watch or Siri!
I have tried numerous times and still failed at making any shortcuts and automations work. It would amazing if I could tap a button on my watch or on my lock screen or tell Siri to turn on lights. But I can’t get any of that working!!!
The new look is confusing
The old look was more straightforward. I can easily toggle between different light settings/scene like night mode and working. As I explored the new recommended settings now, it’s just a bunch of flashing lights with varying rhythm. Honestly, it gave me a headache. I had to create myself a new option for night mode. It was simpler before

Depreciating
Am currently missing a vital app function that suddenly disappeared from my light room. I have four down lights and previous had them linked as a group where I could control all four simultaneously. This feature has since been removed and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating.
good app but blinding
is there a chance there may be a dark mode in the app’s future?? usually people like to remotely turn off their lighting at night and the white background can be so bright to the point that it hurts the eye. just a thought .
Needs de-listing for Mac
The app has been made available for Macs, but it crashes immediately every time on a Mac. Please either fix it or de-list it from the Mac store.

Can’t change the colour
I can’t change the colour of the light anymore, this was a feature that was available with the app, but recently I can’t change the LED colour, the option just isn’t available.

Login buttons are disabled when logging in. So can’t login and cannot feed pet. Do better.

Cabinet lights fixed ‘
I bought the Mirabella Genio cabinet lights from Bunnings a few days ago and had trouble with 3rd party control via Google home. I emailed Mirabella and a day later they work ! Great customer service
App keeps logging out

great app but i got logged out and now when i try log in it says i need to check my time zone is correct on my phone settings. Even though it is all correct, it still won’t let me log in…

The lights work perfectly but in the app it’s saying it’s either offline or it’s on but won’t let me change the colours or anything. Might need a glitch update?
