Overpriced
Miracle Ear $$$. Spent $8000 on Miracle Ear hearing aids & monthly insurance. Really a rip off. Poor performance over the life of these. Terrible product. Won’t purchase from them again.
Not a step forward.
I didn’t think this app could be made any worse but they managed to do it. The previous version always struck me as being written as though the end user was a total idiot, completely lacking in any sense at all. At least it did maintain the Bluetooth connection reliably. This version, besides being dumbed down even more, looses BT pairing with frustrating regularity. The paring process is particularly difficult and frustrating. When I do manage to get the pairing accomplished, the app doesn’t recognize it even though the iPhone functions are correct. I find it hard to believe that a hearing aid and app made specifically to meet the iPhone compatibility requirements could be this problem ridden. I will be looking elsewhere for a replacement when the time comes.

Good, but Lost Its Best Option
I have been using versions of this app for several years. It was easy to use, let you adjust preset options, and program your own settings. Unfortunately, the latest version no longer lets you create your own preset. That really lowered the functionality for me.

Tremendous success. I’m enjoying my hearing aids.
Radio to ear hearing aids
Whenever I’m listening to the radio on Bluetooth in my car, it automatically switches over to my hearing aids without me asking it to , and I have to go into phone to change it back which could be extremely dangerous
Frustrated
I like the new app for the most part because I like the features such as independent volume controls.
My issue is when saving custom programs. A program saved with “Default” directionality will always set itself to “Wide” the next time it is used. Save it back to “Default” and repeat this resaving each time the program is selected. Why doesn’t the saved preference stay saved? Frustrating!

Miracle Ear is AWESOME!! I couldn’t do without them.
App doesn’t update
App should update without having to be tied to FULLY charged hearing aids.
User also needs to know the % left on each hearing aid just as if they were using wireless earpiece for a cell phone.

Love my aids
Love it
New App
The new version is much easier to use, and more useful.
Not an improvement
Removing features does not enhance the value of my investment.
Satisfied with the ear aids but….
The customer service at the location I’m going to leaves a lot to be desired. The lady is nice personally but seems somewhat incompetent or at a loss when there’s an issue to deal with (like the reimbursement from the insurance….). For this reason I’m not sure I’d recommend Miracle Ear if my husband or a friend should need aids.

It Works However
The app is very limited on what it can do. About all its good for is adjusting the volume. It advertises you can make other adjustments like an equalizer but that function doesn’t appear in the app.
Save settings
The app forces me to choose my personal saved settings Every time I connect. That should be the default.
