Another scam.
Miracle ear is a scam company. $10k for a hearing aide touting “AI” is a joke. This company is another “I-Phone” pay top dollar, then chase the constant next gen release for better service. I’ve had my “top of the line” hearing aides for 2 years, and have more problems, repairs and replacements than I can count. Their local offices are often run by ineffective two member teams with regional management that just wants to cover up poor service with weak lip service to cover up their own complete lack of experience in dealing with customers. Complete joke of a company, but expected in our current corporate culture of “I’ll keep my job by covering up my own ineffectiveness at the expense of my customers because our marketing keeps the sales funnel just filled enough to keep my job”. Would never do business with miracle ear again.

Useful but….
App is useful for sure, however my old hearing aids use to be controlled right within my phone to control the volume, stop calls from automatically streaming to my devices etc. now I have to go through my phone to just change the volume. Would be helpful if it was more compatible with iOS like the older versions. In addition, it would be nice if logging in was connected to my actual account and not something separate.

A wonderful hearing aid since the last 15 years I wear!
This hearing aid is amazing. The clarity, noise control and sharpness is way different and better then the any hearing aids I ever used in the last 15 years such as Siemens, Otican, and hear USA. I 65 and was so disappointed with my hearing loss as it’s hereditary in my family. I was totally isolated and didn’t attend events and friends gathering due to hard to hear normal conversations. After getting my new hearing aid from Miracle ear, I don’t think I am the same person. I started my substitute job again and am very grateful to my doctor who helped me a lot to get my hearing back. Thank you❤️

I have never had such detailed hearing tests ! This guy really took the time to ajust my hearing aids, I am thankful I found you all. The place I had hearing aids didn’t do nearly the one on one to get hearing aid adjusted correctly. This guy Shelton really does care about his patients ! You can take that to the bank ! The app is easy to use and I love it. The problem I find is that I having Cross Over hearing aids; a receiver and mic, the app does not let me raise or lower the bass and treble individually. When I raise the volume on one the other drops. The adjustment to the app should have it that the app can better the hearing program based upon each individuals needs.

Overpriced
Miracle Ear $$$. Spent $8000 on Miracle Ear hearing aids & monthly insurance. Really a rip off. Poor performance over the life of these. Terrible product. Won’t purchase from them again.
Not a step forward.
I didn’t think this app could be made any worse but they managed to do it. The previous version always struck me as being written as though the end user was a total idiot, completely lacking in any sense at all. At least it did maintain the Bluetooth connection reliably. This version, besides being dumbed down even more, looses BT pairing with frustrating regularity. The paring process is particularly difficult and frustrating. When I do manage to get the pairing accomplished, the app doesn’t recognize it even though the iPhone functions are correct. I find it hard to believe that a hearing aid and app made specifically to meet the iPhone compatibility requirements could be this problem ridden. I will be looking elsewhere for a replacement when the time comes.
