Very useless app after weeks when the gbp and euro account as been down,I received a notification that the account is back immediately I login all my accounts as been disabled nothing is working it’s restricted

I used this only twice. As I write this review, my funds have not dropped in my bamboo NGN wallet. What a joke! In this era where instant settlement is a thing. I Contacted their support and was told some transactions take 24 hours to clear but honestly I saw no basis for the hold since the fund is just $100. More so bamboo and Misan are the same company why should transactions be settled at T+1
The exchange rates I got the two occasions I used them was good but that is not enough. Instant settlement should also be prioritized.
