Third class products. Poor quality clothes imported from South East Asian countries
Extremely poor customer service. Rude staff, no resolution. Lost over 10,000 ₹ because of their pathetic return and replacement policy. The coupon they gave me for return didn’t work at the checkout. Quality of clothes doesn’t match the website pictures at all. They were Alamode by Akanksha earlier and maybe to get rid of negative reviews and customer feedback, they have revamped to Miss Mosa or whatever. This is the first time I fell for a marketing gimmick and ended up losing my money.

Terrible Experience
Their products are of extremely poor quality and the fitting is terrible. Not a single dress or clothing item I received met my expectations. On top of that, their customer service is very disappointing and causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers. They do not provide proper refunds, and the prices they charge are not justified by the quality of their products. It feels like customers are being overcharged for substandard items. Overall, the service and shopping experience have been very frustrating.

Avoid This Website - False Promises & Forced Store Credits
Absolutely terrible experience.
Both products I ordered were of incorrect size despite following their size chart.
Their replacement process is extremely frustrating:
• 100 pickup fee
• Refund only via gift card
• No working customer care number
• Only slow WhatsApp responses
In my case, I was travelling soon and their chat support confirmed that replacement would be shipped immediately after pickup.
For 5 days, they kept assuring me that tracking ID would be shared and the replacement would reach in time.
At the last moment, they suddenly refused and said they will only issue gift card due to courier issue.
This was never agreed upon.
They delayed intentionally and then forced store credit instead of refund.
No response now when asking for refund.
Avoid ordering from here. They are scammers.

First impressions - Very good experience! Keep it up!
Writing this review after my very first purchase from Alamode which has left a good impression. First of all I would like to thank the team at Alamode by Akanksha for fulfilling the order in such quick time. Such good services really make the shopping experience enjoyable. The quality of the garments is very good. Appreciate the comfort and fit and feel of the fabric. The app is good and easy to navigate. My only suggestion to the team would be to add a few lines of description about the products in the app as that really helps while buying. Thank you.

Poor customer support
I placed an order and received it on 30th Dec 2024, I returned the product because it was not as shown in the pictures and description. Today is 5th February 2025, I haven’t received any update, they took the product from me and I haven’t received any money yet as it’s still showing pending inspection. More than 1 month just to inspect the product. I was a frequent buyer from their website. But this is the first time I returned a product and got to know how poor their customer services are. You cannot directly speak to any executive and the only option to is WhatsApp where they keep you in queue. My money is also stuck as they will credit it in my account. It’s so frustrating.

I don’t want to give any star to this app but wanted to warn others about this site. I ordered a dress from this site which doesn’t fits me properly so I returned it they deducted the ₹100 charges for return ( for per product) & instead of refunding the money to the original payment method they shared a coupon no. Or gift card with deducted amount. My money got stucked & I can not use my money until i like any other dress & if you ordered any other dress they send used or cheap quality dress your money it totally wasted & even they don’t have customer service no. Or any other source to talk with the issues I’m trying to reach them but no reply’s from there side. I don’t understand what is the problem to refund the money back, if i have known before i never ever have purchased anything from this site. Worst site ever used until now. Please watch reviews before buying from this app.

I have order a dress and after placing the order immediately i got to know that i have ordered wrong size I immediately sent email and text them on whatsapp but the did not make any changes they replied me after shipping, I have applied change before shopping.. and there is no option for cancellation of your order which is very bad. One more thing is they do not pay you back in your account or back to the source they give credit in there store which is valid till 13 months only..

Return/Exhange Policy
I have placed an order with Alamode and 3 of the items had size issue. I have requested for return/exchange but their exchange policy is not that smooth. So I have to place return for the items and opted for gift card. To my surprise they have deducted 100 rupees per item, which means 300 in total for return. They are delivery the items in one go but deducting amount separately for each item. I am not sure if this happens with others as well but definitely this is not right. Very bad customer service.

Pathetic Customer Experience
I wish I read the comments here before. The reviews for the website are bad everywhere. Indeed feels like a scamming website with unfair exchange policies. You can exactly return once and then you are done. Whatever product you get, you have to keep it. They have been looting the customers like this without any consequences. Thinking customers are fools is just so unacceptable.

Fraud and cheap
I tried it once keep charging money even when the size was not as per descriptions and customer support is even worst.
Suggest you to buy from amazon or other online platform but not from these ones.

No description of the products on the product page
The clothes especially the swimsuits are of good quality however the only drawback is the product description is missing on every product, whether the swimsuit or dress is padded or not, type of material, nothing is mentioned, so it becomes difficult to make up mind whether to place the order or not. Secondly, the products are a bit expensive as the same products are available on Ali Express at 1/3rd price.

Customer care is pathetic
I ordered some clothes from the website. But once I ordered I face many issues. Firstly my order got delayed there was no update for 3 days. Once I tried to reach the customer support there was only bot present at the other end. There was a message that agent will reach back to you within 12 - 24 hrs but till now there is no response from customer support. Even though quality of clothes are good but customer support and delivery policy is really pathetic which spoil overall customer experience.

Disappointed
I was really impressed by seeing the pictures of the dresses on the app but badly disappointed after getting the delivery of the product. The quality is very cheap and they are not as shown in the picture I feel like cheated. even the delivery charges are very high. They also charge reverse pick up. and again the second delivery they charge ,exchange option they have given. But it’s not actually done we have to return and re-order all of which is chargeable👎😣☹️

Worst experience!
Please don't purchase anything from them and save your hard earned money. They will send defective products with big holes right in the middle and there is no way you will be getting your money back. The customer care does not even respond. I bought two times from them and both the times, the products had big holes in them. The quality is also not even worth half the money you spend on the products!

No customer care support available, delayed deliveries
Loved their collection, ordered it online for the first time, and now regretting it. There is no customer support available, you text them on instagram, you’re sent an automated message saying contact customer care through whatsapp. You try to contact via whatsapp, no one responds, the bot tells you you’re in a queue, but you’re never connected to an agent. The customer care nikber doesnt work. There’s absolutely no way to contact anyone in the team.
It takes forever to deliver the items. Placed an order 20+ days ago, and I have no update on the order.

Pathetic experience
One of the worst place to order clothes. I ordered a dress on 13 Nov and today is 24 Nov when I got the information that the product is shipped i.e., after 11 days.
It will be delivered to me on 28 Nov, the reason for which I ordered the clothes is already gone. While ordering there is no tentative delivery date available, there is no option for cancellation and they don’t even have a customer care number.
I was a getting a reply on Instagram. Now, they have stopped doing that too.
You are charging 50 rupees extra for delivery and you are providing this pathetic service.

Amazing experience
Alamode by Akanksha has truly made my online shopping experience amazing. It's a fast fashion brand, but the quality of the items is surprisingly good for the price point. Navigating through the app is smooth and hassle-free. Very happy with my orders
