Never dealt with a more selfish, uncompromising, greedy company. Very not understanding for change of situations and just want money.
Overall service
The service for this credit card has been marginal. Basically like a normal credit card, but not with too many perks. The biggest issue I have with Mission Lane they do not give credit increases very often or at all. I have had this card for over three years and have only received one credit increase. And all my payments have been on time. With not one missed over the three years. My utilization rate is under 5% so if that doesn’t tell you anything. You think a company would reward a client that pays on time. Not Mission Lane!

Lots of fees, not for people going through rough times financially!
The card I have is barebones, $300 limit 0 perks( like cash back) nothing. Late payments, insufficient funds fees, annual fee, and max legal interest rate has led to me paying more in fees than the credit line itself. I am cancelling it as soon as I’m out of this season of my life very soon. There should be a lot more leniency from a company that claims to want to help people.

I really like the card but think it is RIDICULOUS THAT IT TAKES A WEEK IN THIS 21 Century to show up in Available Credit. Your system is VERY ANTIQUATED. Would not really recommend it to my friends.
