Pls trust me and stay away from this company
I just got the card and made a few purchases and paid off my bill, now they restricted my account and won’t tell me why besides sending them documents of my information to confirm my bank account, I did that and I still haven’t heard no word back from them in a week, I called the fraud dept and I called the customer service, NOBODY IS WILLING TO HELP ME AT ALL, so I’m not sure if they going to take my information and sell it or open accounts in my name or anything, THEY WONT AND WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME AT ALLL, they are a scam company, DO NOT I REPAT DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY

The mission lane card is a great second credit card (after a secured card). They are great about approving those still building credit, and they do regular limit increases if you make payments on time. Their app is modern and easy to use, their card supports apple wallet, and tap pay.

Impossible Limit Increase
I have had this card for over three years. I have not once been given a credit limit increase. It actually hurts my credit because the limit is so low so it’s very easy to go over 50% available credit. I am going to pay it off and go someplace else!

Love mission lane great service
Worst service ever
Unable to use the $0 balance card unless bank statements and ID are submitted from the payment account because Mission Lane does not withdraw “made payments” until weeks later. This creates issues with scheduling payments and makes the card difficult to use as intended. I would not recommend this card. At this point, the account is only being kept open for the monthly reporting to the credit bureaus and the continued aging benefits associated with having an established account.

I used to like mission lane and then…
I have tried contacting mission lane for months now to receive a new credit card because mine expired. I’ve sent multiple messages to the “send a message” or “call us” thing on the app and I’ve not got a single response and I’ve not received a new card. This is a little bit ridiculous, I’ve been a customer for quite a few years now but can’t use what I pay for each month. I’m fixing to just say hell with it.

Problems with payment
Strange app, too many bugs. I made a previous payment, they declined my payment and they deleted my account information I use to make payments. They have an option to add bank account manually, but that doesn’t work. They only want you to add it through plaid. I try to add my account they tell me it’s already added but it’s not there for me to make payments. I try to call, they didn’t pick my calls. How am I supposed to make payments lol

Ok, there is just one option for this card to make any payments. That being by checking account. What if I don’t have a checking account? I want to use Apple Pay or cash app? Oh, forget getting a hold of a human. Good luck with that one! SO,Nope- not an option. So far I’m not a fan of this card.
