You must Verify Identity to Scan.
We used to be able to scan a ticket without much to do. Now we have to verify our identity through some subpar system. They have you call an 800 number, talk with someone who sends you a link via email, to upload your ID. Who knows how that ID is being stored or what process they do to secure that information. I am contacting our state senators and representatives. There has got to be a better way.

App has went downhill
I used to love the app, the ease of just logging and and being able to go in do what I need to do and be out in a matter of minutes now when I log on scan a free tickets come back the following day the app just buffers I keep having to remove and reinstall the app which is becoming very frustrating.

Terrible App
For an app that only has a few basic features, this one constantly fails miserably at them with constant bugs and glitches. Recently they’ve added a thing that requires age verification. I thought, “easy enough” so I open the in app camera to take a picture of my ID and the camera will not focus on it. So it just locked me out of my stuff and said I need to physically call them to manually verify over the phone. Tell me how that makes sense? I can’t show you my credentials through the phone. And on top of that, their work hours are M-F 8-5, so I can’t call them later when I’m off work. Do better.

Can’t log in
Can’t log in no matter what I try. Never seen anything this bad……. I’ve done the updates etc. All I want to do is scan my tickets. I don’t care if it credits me for the purchase or not. Won’t let me scan!!!!!!

Scanner Issues
I have always struggled to scan my tickets, mostly draw games. I think the machine I frequently used had a bad printer. Seems like it was finally fixed and worked good for a couple of weeks. Now, when I click on the scan portion, the screen comes up for the camera but it is just a blank black screen. This app seems to have more issues than not.

This app is trash. I used to like it fine but for the last 2 months it will not scan a draw game ticket at all no matter how I hold the camera and with the light on. Scratchers scan just fine. Fix this app!

This app and the lottery in general has done nothing but get worse. The app goes offline constantly the rewards get worse. The games are terrible. Scratchers get cheaper coatings that don't scratch correctly and you can never get a hold of anyone at the lottery! The location I frequent the machine is broken for weeks on end it's terrible

App hasn’t loaded all day
I can’t find a way to report the issue so I guess I have to just leave a review. The app hasn’t loaded to log in all day. It just has a spinning wheel icon the whole time.
This Update is a Joke
I loved being able to scan tickets right from my phone. Such a time-saver. Now I am obligated to sign in to use this feature, and even though I used correct sign-in credentials, your app tells me that they don't recognize me and I have to call an 877 number to verify my account. This is an app to check lottery ticket numbers, not a frigging bank transaction. Lighten up and change the app back to the way it was.

This app used to work now it wants me to register an account (which I’ve had for many years) I go through and try to make another account AND IT DOESNT SAVE ANYTHING AND WONT SAVE MY ADDRESS OR ANYTHING WHAT THE HELL MO STATE LOTTERY FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!!!

Gives you the option to “skip” so you don’t have to make an account. But then you can’t do anything without making an account. Then I went to make one. And it said my SS# was wrong. I’m Pretty sure know my SS#… Anyways, why do they need my SS# To check if I won a scratch off anyways???

With the millions the lottery generates every year, you’d think they could invest in hiring some competent developers and modernizing the app. Right now it feels like a rushed government project that no one maintains.
If you’re going to make players jump through hoops to scan tickets and enter rewards, at least build something that actually works. Very disappointing. 👎

You don’t need my ssn to scan my tickets and see if they are winners, gas stations do it without so much as checking my birthday.
