Requires way too much access to way too many functions to work.
I’ve never been able to get this app to work properly. It seems to have gotten worse and worse over the years, and now, I can’t even check my voicemail. My password doesn’t work on the phone app or the windows app or the website, even though I literally just changed my password this morning.
Worst phone support app ever don’t not recommend
This app is pretty terrible. It frequently gives a “Reconnecting” error message that renders the app useless for 10-45 seconds each time the error message comes up. Once connected, the connection is often poor causing voice distortion.
I have never been so frustrated by an app or company. We use this for our business to be able to work remote some days. It is always a 50/50 chance it will work, otherwise you’ll spend half your day on hold with their customer service that will tell you it is a “glitch” they are having with no ETA for help in sight.

This app crashes on a regular basis. I never know how it’s going to perform. Right now it won’t even open and I’m going to need to reinstall it again!
After the latest iOS update it crashes after initial install and configuration Unusable at this time
As of the latest update the app no longer rings when calls come through. Same for 5 or 6 of my colleagues who also have it installed.
Not sure what else to say. We made a big tech jump from a 25-30 year old Panasonic dbs phone system to the mitel cloud system in early '22. That was teriffic. This app was the cherry on top !!
Having problems connecting with iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m current with the IOS and never to setup / connect. My coworker android will work but not with my iPhone. Is there a fix for this problem???
It’s a good app when you have the phone unlocked and the app is on screen, but when you switch apps or lock the phone after awhile it loses the connection to the on prem server. That makes it fairly useless as a mobile app (yes background app refresh and use cellular data are on).
App always gives me an error that it can’t connect to the server. Honestly just a waste of space on my phone since it never actually works anyway.
We have been using this application at our job to facilitate office line calls while working from home during the pandemic. It will disconnect and forward your calls directly to your phone with no indication at a moments notice. All in all an amazing way to encourage never working remote again
Calls never come in and pop up unless you already have the app open. App takes forever to connect. Voicemails load in several days after being received.
Worst phone apps out of any vendor I’ve used
How do I update to the latest version
Inbound calls don’t ring to the app unless it’s in the forground. Update the app and mobility router software for onprem customers!
If Mitel can ever figure out how to deal with the iPhone feature of closing dormant background apps this app might actually be useful. But when the app is closed from non use and calls ring direct to your phone and not the app because of it, this defeats the purpose of the app entirely.
After most recent update, I can’t keep a call connected for longer than about 2 minutes.
I can click once and the next click causes a crash. Every time, guaranteed.
