IT SUCKS!!
Ever since I updated it I can no longer use it. I can't type in the OTP I receive. Kifuatacho ni line kufungiwa tu kwa sababu siwezi tena kutumia App yenu nikiwa nje ya Tanzania coz for 2 years nimekuwa nikitumia hii app to keep my line alive, now I'm logged out of the app and I can't log back in. Kwaherini!!

The new version has a bug, exits and gives error on payments. Please fix.
OTP Checking Annoying
You guys bana, I understand your security perspective may be or limiting usage of your application outside Tanzania boundaries as if you canβt get sim card working you wonβt be able to use the app whenever OTP is requested. On another usage perspective it annoys me because whenever the network bounce or I switch from Wifi to Data the OTP thing comes up, yaani I have a lot of OTP messages in my inbox kuliko message za kutuma ama kupokea pesa. The last update before the one that you added OTP check stuff was great. Fix this bana, rudi kwa ile update ya zamani hii kitu inaboa sana. After all, niko abroad hapo na nna access ya Tigopesa app itβs even easier for me to transact money from my wallet to bank or send to other parties or even pay bills without any headaches as some of us we mobile money ni kama maisha ya kila siku.
