Awesome App for Realtors
I use this app because you get more aesthetic and high quality user interface when searching for properties for your clients. Better experience, easier to set up advanced searches, and a great go-to for fast data on what’s available in the market. Definitely recommend over desktop experience.
Glitches & Updates
I have a love hate relationship with this app.
When I attempt to search my listings or contacts, the app closes. Or if I’m using it for a long length of time.
The bones are good, but with technology so advanced now with AI, MLS Touch is not keeping up.
With the glitches and lack of ease for my clients, they tend to use other apps like Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com for their property search.
Please consider a major overhaul to provide the features buyers are now looking for with ease in their real estate search.

It would be nice if you could extend the range to pick up something closer to six or 700 feet away.

The app is pretty user friendly. A couple of improvements can be made but overall it gets the job done.

Improvements needed
As a real estate broker, I consider MLS Touch to be a useful platform, but its search functionality needs significant improvement.
The app is missing several essential search criteria that are critical for real estate professionals, including:
* HOA and HOA fee amount
* Financing terms or financing types the seller is willing to accept
* ZIP code search
* Other advanced filters that agents use daily to serve their clients efficiently

Disclosures are not available. Search engine has to be re set every time.

MLS touch doesn’t display a lot of the homes that are available for our clients. Improvements are needed

Read any of the things normal people have to say. App is garbage. It won't even allow me to login. Shameful that any organization would put something of this quality out there.
More than one MLS
I love this app, the only thing to make it better would be to not have to log out each time to access a secondary MLS system, as I am in 2 separate MLS systems. If there was a way to integrate something to switch seamlessly back and forth without logging out and back in, it would be perfect! Still a great app though!

So i have tried twice to post a 1 start review. None showed up.

Great overall
I love using this app on the go. It’s great. I just wish it would allow me to filter more preferences for example HOA.

Soooo Glitchy
They don’t update this app enough… or properly. It freezes and shuts down often. It also resets your search to frequently. It’s fine for a quick lookup but don’t plan on perusing around for comps or checking too many new hotsheet listings in a row bec it’ll undoubtedly shut down before you get much accomplished.
