Wont event post 1 start reviews
So i have tried twice to post a 1 start review. None showed up.
This time I am trying a 2 start…
No wonder the rating is 4.9 now.

Great overall
I love using this app on the go. It’s great. I just wish it would allow me to filter more preferences for example HOA.

Soooo Glitchy
They don’t update this app enough… or properly. It freezes and shuts down often. It also resets your search to frequently. It’s fine for a quick lookup but don’t plan on perusing around for comps or checking too many new hotsheet listings in a row bec it’ll undoubtedly shut down before you get much accomplished.

Horrific Excuse for using an MLS
I’m not sure how this app has so many good reviews. It is thee most difficult thing to search for listings. If you search an address you can’t delete that address without restarting the app. Cannot use it on more than one device, constantly being signed out. Want to schedule a showing… login again. Want to see the disclosure… sign in again. So frustrating and cumbersome.

Cannot believe how total garbage this app is now!

Do not fix what is working!
The developers were trying to give some kind of upgrade and instead have completely ruined the functionality of the app to the point it is not even worth having on my phone.

Features don’t work
Unable to download transaction desk documents. Most services are blocked unless you login from laptop.
Wrong information
When on the map and a home is selected info shows up, when another home is selected the information from the previous home shows up. It does not change. This can make us loose credibility super fast. Please fix

App crashes and has connection issues often.
Great but changes made are hindering
App is great BUT some major items wish it had. They removed the ability to see any current active listing when looking at Realist Tax section. There used to be a way to go straight into the active listing from there. Also not having a way to open a link from OneHome to automatically open the listing from the app is very annoying. If it had these features it would be almost perfect.

This bogus system of reviews showing 5 stars is a complete joke. I'd bet no one that didn't work for this company has ever rated it with 5 stars. It doesn't even open most of the time, and when it does it's still below average. I can't believe our Board of Realtors makes us pay for this junk.

Error msg for 2 days … missing link or field error
When your job involves being out of your house, the app needs to ACTUALLY WORK…..
We pay TONS of money to have this service, and RARELY does the app ever work! If it actually does open and load, good luck getting it to load anything further or pull up any information
Has its issues
Can be great when I don’t have time to pull up properties on my laptop, but more often than not it will be extremely slow or just stuck on the loading screen
Why is this working so poorly?
Very difficult to search for properties. Reset search settings. Plug in a specific address. No results. Plug in mls number. No results. Performance is so intermittent as to render this app only mildly helpful. If I zoom in to maps and know the specific property I’m wondering about, I can find it. Otherwise, no results. Also the updates lag compared to any other industry website. I shouldn’t be finding a property on Zillow before I find it on our MLS sanctioned app…

Expensive Trash
We pay loads of money for MLS access an they give us this buggy crashing app. MLS is too busy spending our money designing 14 different CRMs that only get used by part time agents because successful agents purchase 3rd party services that actually work and go down for maintenance at reasonable times.
