Ero abituata ad accedere al mio conto con il mio iPad. Da qualche tempo la web app mi costringe a scaricare l’app (e non mi permette più di usare la web app). L’applicazione scaricata però non riesce a connettersi con l’iPad (messaggio di errore con provate più tardi…)
In pratica non posso più accedere ai miei conti dal mio comodo tablet… spero siate più fortunati di me e non siate obbligati a usare quest app…

Slow app,difficult to navigate,I bank with other 5 banks plus Amex ,this is the worst by far

Charges
I don’t understand why I get charged when moving money between UniCredit accounts at the same branch, nor when I use my card. Hence why I barely use this account and only have it because I have to for paying F24’s.
Not recommend
I’m very disappointed with this banking app. Many features don’t work reliably and often I get error messages or the app crashes in the middle of the process.
I don’t need fancy features but at least give me an app that doesn’t crash so much

operazione difficile
ho avuto un sacco di problemi ad inserire l’IBAN il Bic Swift e a finalizzare il bonifico. alla fine ho dovuto chiudere e rifare tutta l’operazione perché mi diceva che doveva modificare la data del bonifico, però non mi dava l’ opzione

I had the app in my old phone (still working) and all of sadden I cannot access my bank via app. The problem is that in order to use a new phone I have to receive a permission notification to confirm from the old phone which has non access to the app anymore… I am very upset as I need to make transaction ASAP.
