Problem activation the app
I have problem while activating the app on a new phone.
It asks me about the pin but without specifying the pin type.
Is it the 5 digit pin as for the debit card or the 8 digit pin of online banking or the 6 digit pin of mobile banking?
It doesn’t specify the pin kind or the number of digits. Please help.

Overwhelming
Troppa roba, troppa confusione, non si capisce niente e le funzioni sono organizzate in maniera illogica. Ci si mette una vita a fare qualsiasi operazione.
Ritardo nella consegna
Ho ricevuto un messaggio che diceva que non era stato possibile consegnare la carta, quando la consegna a domicilio non fallisce mai, queso è una cosa. L’altra cosa è che me dicono di andare all’ufficio postale per far consegnare, ma non dicono quale ufficio, dove abito ce ne sono diversi, devo andare in ognuno di essi?

Too many security hurdles
Of course I want my banking app to be secure. But after entering two different PIN codes, my tax ID and a one time passcode sent to my registered phone number, why do you need another factor of authentication?? And why does it have to be the code from the tag that I lost 5 years ago after signing up the first time? Just let me pick two (or three) factors of authentication!!

Online security is Kafkaesque
While online security is incredibly important, UniCredit seem to have conspired to make their systems…through a combination of different codes, passwords, tokens, PINs, IDs, faceIDs, dual factor authentications, security questions…almost impregnable to their own rightful customers. I just got a new iPhone. Setting up the mobile app on my new phone as my primary device took me over a week (needed to order a new debit card to complete a security step, which I had to pay 7€ for). I found the whole process confusing and frustrating and would consider myself reasonable literate from a technology perspective. If I were an older person with perhaps less understanding of apps/ websites/ I would simply have given up.
All my experiences with UniCredit, including in branch experiences, have been similarly poor. It took me over 3 weeks to change my account from one branch to another (why is this even necessary).

Really poor interface
The ugliest and non sense UI design I’ve ever used. Plus Apple Pay doesn’t work at all. I’ll look to cancel my bank account asap!
Peggior servizio banking online mai visto
Non riesco ad accedere al servizio perché da computer non funziona e per attivare l’app sul telefono il codice di verifica viene mandato al mio vecchio numero di telefono, che non posso aggiornare in nessun modo.
Essendo all’estero non posso neanche chiamare il servizio clienti perché è un numero italiano.
Vergogna UniCredit.
