Needs updating
This app used to work quite nicely and I used it with good results. But now I can’t even log in to it because it has become incompatible with my password manager. It won’t even let me paste my password into the login.

Never works. What’s the point of an app to tell my local agency there’s problems in my neighborhood if nothing will submit? Everyone I try to submit something I get some ridiculous error code or things won’t go thru. FIX IT.
Desperately needs bug fixes
This app was recommended to me by the selectman in the town I live in. I created an account and all the while it displayed a busy indicator. When I logged in it just continuously says "Synchronizing" and, even after specifying my town during the registration process, it wants me to select it again when I log in. The app hasn't been updated in 5 years, which clearly shows how much the developers care i.e. they don't.

Another municipality taken advantage of
Horrible UI. Simple things like scrolling is difficult. Error states are confusing. Outdated styling. This company is taking advantage of tax payers dollars be releasing something so horrible.
Useless!
I opened a claim for a creek that has become a dump site and they come back saying not their problem and for me to contact the city. I thought we were all supposed to work together and do our part but these people are too lazy to forward complaints to the right department or even provide a link or a phone number.

Location must be on
App crashes unless location is turned on first. Only options in settings is to have location on always or never. Well I don't want the city 'always' tracking my location, and since it crashes when it's set to 'never', not much choice but to delete

I can not get passed the first screen without a crash.

Not Ready for Primetime
Great concept, except it only works if it runs all the time in the background. There goes your minutes, cpu capacity and monthly bill. It needs to be fixed.
Will only work if I allow locations svcs ALWAYS
I thought something was wrong with my phone but I realized after getting the prompt to turn on location services that this app only works when I have locations services on for this app. Unfortunately the choice is NEVER or ALWAYS, even in the background. NO WAY! My data runs over every month as it is. Why would I allow an app that I might use a few times a year to have access to my location whenever it wants?
When I turn off the location services none of the buttons work.

Seems to have potential
The app is used in limited areas, if your city/county/state agency uses Maintstar to track labor and equipment, it ties right in and enables a new work order to be created just by a citizen sending a photo and gps data of a problem area.
Location on map not working
Cool app however when you make a request, you are not able to move marker on the map. Also it would be cool to add a feature for clean-up/maintenance. Thanks!
