New version of Access Hayward works horribly

The new version of the Access Hayward app is very bad. The previous version was fast loading and easy to use and find the hazard or problem you were trying to report. The new version always times out, it’s hard to find what you’re looking for to report, and sometimes it just shows you a blank screen and never loads.

Great App for the City

Great app for Hayward. Response time is about 24-48 hours from the city. Everything has been resolved quickly. Love it!

No Action

This is a great looking App on the surface, but I have seen zero action on reports, even after follow-up pings. I’m talking months. This App is just for show and is worthless.

They do care!

I have used this app twice and both times, with in 24 hours the trash was taken away. The first time was a box spring for a mattress and the second was a shopping cart. I am pretty impressed with Hayward for staying committed to keeping the city clean.
