This app is terrible. Their support is very good I did everything that they said to do including getting an extender.

Older APP FAILED ON APPLE DEVICES
Required deleting app and reinstalling on APPLE DEVICES AFTER CALLING TO FIND OUT WHY NEVER HAPPENED TILL NOW.

Great device if you can get a good WiFi connection. They use old technology so it is hard to get one that reads enough for it to work properly and consistently. I even had my computer guy put rerouted near the generator so it can work somewhat
Cannot get login screen to load
Using latest iOS. Have deleted the app and rebooted my phone many times. Issue persists over months. Absolutely useless.

One one phone per generator?
I tried to log into the account for my mom’s generator that my brother can log into and could not, using the same credentials that he uses. When I call support, I was told only one device could connect to the account. This is very inconvenient as both my brother and I help our nearly 90 year old mother. If this is true, I am very curious what the reasoning behind this decision is. Until I can sign into the app, it is worthless to me and doesn’t even deserve one star.

This app gives me peace of mind about the status of my GENERAC. It tells me if/when maintenance is needed and communicates with service center

Absolutely love it, my area had a recent power outage for 11 hrs, but not me. I had my air conditioning, my refrigerator and freezers functioned properly as did the tv. Like I said I love it.

Useful but cumbersome
Very difficult to set up. Requires outdated 2.4 ghz network connection. Nice to know it’s test running though. Software needs an upgrade.
Useless APP
General removed all useful features, like setting the exercise day and time. Can’t even see the units name and serial number once logged in…why is that?

Love the app, convenient quick view of everything you want to see without having to actually go to the generator or propane tank, etc.
Took features away
When I bought this super expensive generator it allowed me to change the test time from the app but not long after now I need to pay $70 or more a year for that privilege.
