Stopped working

App stopped working completely and wouldn’t open up. I deleted and reloaded it and it still didn’t work. Also restarted my phone and still the problem persisted.

Can’t use my gift card

Have a gift card with significant amount on it that I can’t access. Support is garbage, automated responses to emails and call centre if you get through doesn’t help get anything resolved.

Crashes every time. Contacted support and had to keep following up emails and eventually was told a replacement voucher would be sent out, however it never came

I have contacted support to see when the app will be fixed. I have cards on this app which I’m trying to access to see the remaining balance. The app crashes and will not open. Contacted support on the 18th Jan 2022 and still haven’t received a reply. 😡😡😡😡
