Stopped working
App stopped working completely and wouldn’t open up. I deleted and reloaded it and it still didn’t work. Also restarted my phone and still the problem persisted.
Can’t use my gift card
Have a gift card with significant amount on it that I can’t access. Support is garbage, automated responses to emails and call centre if you get through doesn’t help get anything resolved.

Crashes every time. Contacted support and had to keep following up emails and eventually was told a replacement voucher would be sent out, however it never came

I have contacted support to see when the app will be fixed. I have cards on this app which I’m trying to access to see the remaining balance. The app crashes and will not open. Contacted support on the 18th Jan 2022 and still haven’t received a reply. 😡😡😡😡

App won’t open
App won’t open on my phone. Just a blank white screen. Very frustrating when you want to use a card for payment

This app is completely useless. It just shows a blank screen when I open it. I have reinstalled it multiple times but still can’t access any of my cards!

I hope my company can recover the $150 and donate to animal care groups. I won’t be using this stupid app!

Just received $100 for Chemist warehouse.
After install app, don’t choose login but choose redeem card . Then fill phone number and activation code (sometime it’s automatically done for you ) Then you can register from this step. Just follow all the steps then you can get the reward.

Outside of that. App is great. Easy to add gift cards and move to apple wallet.

Unable to log into app
Link from SMS just takes you to App Store in a loop. Unable to sign into app at all.
Worked fine… once I worked out the knack!
I can see why there are so many 1 star reviews… but there is a knack!
If you click the link from a vendor offering you a credit, you are prompted to download the app if you don’t have it.
Once downloaded you are sent to a login screen with no way to register. However, if you close the app then RECLICK the link you got to access your voucher/credit it all works seamlessly from there. The money is easy to get in to your Apple Wallet.
App devs and UX designer… this is a really simple fix… get on to it ;)

Same problem as many of the other reviews here — It won’t let me create a new account as the login page assumes I already have one. The instructions say it should automatically populate it with my mobile number and Offer ID, however this is not happening. FAQs are no help either
