For layaways great but the shopping doesn’t work and when it did they only had like 6 guns on it and yes I tried joining different stores did not work
Can’t make payment
App constantly tries linking to pay pal, I don’t want to pay through pay pal i don’t even use pay pal. I have a card on file I’ve always paid with. Now that option is gone and it constantly tries to auto link to pay pal.

Most professional pawn shop in the state
Great experience. These guys are good people, realistic with pricing outstanding customer service. Eddie waited on me such an outstanding individual. Most pawn shops are ran by miserable slime balls in a dump. East coast pawn is clean and organized, couldn’t recommend them enough.
Issues logging in
I think this app is great but it seems to have some system issues as I’ve tried logging in multiple times this week and it will not allow me to login without a 4digit security but it’s not sending the code to my phone. Please help.

Somehow, unknown to me, I just ordered a mandolin. I have no idea how this order was processed automatically without my knowledge.

Can’t make payment
I always make my payment on the app. Now, all of a sudden the payment button is just not there anymore. Everything else is and is correct. i’m current and payment due in 5 days. there’s just no actual “payment” button. i did check to see if app needed to be updated which it is up to date. and i also restarted my phone. this is very frustrating as i don’t like having to go into the shop as they are far away and they do not accept over phone payments. that was the whole point of getting the app.

Professional and relatable
I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman named. Tyler he was very attentive. I was not familiar with how their business operate. He gave me all the information I need the laws and never once did he appear annoyed or impatient by my questions. Then another gentleman name Tim came to the counter where we were and he was such a fun person to me to talk to during a troubling moment. I left with tears of laughter in my eyes. I would suggestion if you find yourself needing or wanting to visit a pawn shop to purchase or pawn visit them. They were great and I have never been there before. This is a great business with great employees. We need more personable people like the staff here.
