Makes my job harder and I’ve lost money because of it

Scanning driver’s licenses works great until it refuses to save appointments and freezes then refuses to re-open until I delete and reinstall. The keyboard isn’t even properly scaling to any devices I use like they didn’t even use the correct developer tools so it feels clunky and inefficient. Camera will sometimes fail to work to add images and scan DLs etc. until the app is deleted and reinstalled. Windows app crashes constantly, web app will refuse to open whenever it feels like it. Texting in any way via XRM is useless and outdated and can’t receive emoji, they just appear as “??”. XRM makes modern communication a nightmare with clients. Completely a joke to work with and i’m sick of it. Causes stress and frustration for no reason other than whoever develops this is clearly cutting costs or not putting enough effort into modernizing their crm.

Absolute TRASH

Antiquated, convoluted, and clunky in every way imaginable! Absolutely lacking of any intuitive functionality, and is CEASELESSLY buggy!!

Worst CRM ever

This app is so bad I cannot even sue it all up in a single review. So, I’m just going to say do not get. Tell your GM or owner, whoever! Just go back to whatever system you previously were using. My team has been in CONSTANT communications with the developers, months later we still have gotten nowhere.

Haven’t been able to use the app in over a week

This app is a piece of junk. I have not been able to use it in over a week. I have access on the website, but the app is blank. No information on it at all.

Light Years Behind

This app and CRM in general are useless. Working on getting our dealer group to drop them ASAP. It’s so inferior in the market that they are helping that happen easier. VinSolutions, Elead, and other CRM options are light years ahead.

first off I’m on apple. App does not look good. I haven’t been able to use it in weeks, I even deleted it and got it again and again. I ONLY use it to scan in drivers licenses and when I do, it doesn’t let me put any notes in like “test driving audi, worked at such and such, etc.” The app looks like you forgot your computer is still in 1280x920 while your monitor only is 1440x1280 or something. The quality is like your watching TV from a few feet away without your glasses on

Please Fix!!!

Unable to leave notes or memo customer profiles

Poorly designed

I have been using this app for now four months,I tried using the online training course, the speaker it was so poor at explaining what the app can do and he was rushing through the process. The concept is good, but poorly executed.
As an example if you need to enter a second call buyer you have to leave the app and go to your computer to enter it, this is time-consuming as you’re trying to process all the documents as quickly as possible. Entering customers credit application it’s not even an option.
The app crashes constantly if you leave it open for a few minutes it will give you a blank screens, and most of the time there is not a way of going back to the home screen without having to log off completely. Your sales people who need to rush through the process I need something that’s more reliable, management needs the information as quickly as possible which can be delayed if you have to constantly be rebooting the system.
The layout of the computer and the computer-based are so scattered that really there is no way of figuring it out unless you spend hours trying to locate what you need.

Updates are slow to come on this app and therefore the crashes could because because iOS is improving much quicker than the app.

Crashes and customer support can not rectify

It worked well - until it didn’t. Can’t even open customer profiles and customer support says there is nothing wrong.

Only thing worse than the CRM is the app.

So far, this app has been reliable! Everything is pretty self explanatory for the most part. XRM will definitely make my job easier

I really enjoy the app and it does a lot more at our finger tips then we were able to do with vin. I really feel like this will help us get our customers in and out and into the vehicle they love a lot faster.

Great app!!

The mobile XRM has been working Great since I started using it in November. The only thing that I would change is to have the ability to text from an IPhone. It would be a nice feature because it would prevent me from having to go into the store on my day off just to keep a sale.

Driver’s License Scanner is great!

After a recent update, the DL scanner is working fantastically! Super easy for loading customers! The VIN scanner also gives us an opportunity to preload trades giving sales manager a heads up on every deal that walks through the door! Follow Up Manager gives me a chance to stay in contact with my customer base while still looking for fresh ups. This app helps me stay organized and consistent on a day to day basis. Thank you XRM.

Love this.

As a manager I can hold my people accountable. They can do 90% of what they need while working on the lot or doing follow ups when not at the store. This is a game changer for our store!

Almost 2020 Fix This App

In our day and age you think technology would be working on a seamless level. The programmers should really spend some time and re-fresh this app. I’m sure Car-Research is currently losing customers and dealers as we speak. So id say your best investment would be spending money to make this app better...

Terrible

Absolutely worthless. I am loosing leads because of this app. They have told us we have to delete and reinstall the app every hour.

Ridiculous

Gave the app two stars because I don’t want to be hateful BUT this app makes me wanna scream. Management was told by XRM that the solution for us to get notifications (I.e. we have incoming leads, I’m Internet and we have mere minutes to respond) was to delete the app every day, then re-load and log in again daily. Which is ridiculous and didn’t work, so customers wait, my leads are re-assigned and I lose money. Now we are told to delete the app each HOUR and sign back in, and that is XRM’s solution. Good job programmers, y’all deserve a raise. 😑
