Within moments of downloading this app, I got multiple spam contacts, via calendar etc.
Mobitel eSIM Scam: Money Deducted, No QR, No Help
Pathetic network speed. Can't use WhatsApp calls on mobile data. Paid for an eSIM online, money deducted but no QR received. Customer care useless after 3 calls. They told me to go to a branch for an ONLINE purchase. Been with Mobitel 18 years - it was good before, now it's trash. Don't waste your money here.

Hopeless App
This app is not working most of the time. The billing details have disappeared . One day it is there the next day it is missing . You should try to make it more customer friendly.
Worst App Ever
There is nothing we can do with this app. Paid some money over this app and it has automatically activated a package which I did not intend. And again I was trying to activate a package in it failed. Then customer care advised me to do it with a sms once I called them. I guess this app is really useless.

I’ve installed this twice now and keeps crashing! What’s the point in an App which does’nt even open? Annoying because I’m using the SIM in a dongle and can’t check my balance. 0.1 Stars!
