Customer service SUCKS
1) I ordered a $200 gift card
They charged me tax on it
When I complained about it
They said “if you were charged tax on it let us know “
I just did why do I need to do it again?
2) the tax didn’t get corrected then I could not access the gift card I had just bought
3) they could not see the details
Thought I had not placed an order with them when I had.
4) requested refund
They still could not find gift card order with tax that should have not been charged
5) once I gave them their order number Moco stated that the order had not gone thru as my credit card was fraudulent when it was not (used this card 100s of times NO PROBLEM)
The card was charged amount in credit card statement
6) when I told them the card was charged MOCO had no answer
7) out of the blue with no info from MOCO a PENDING reverse charge showed up on my credit card!
8) the reverse charge was PENDING for a week before it was finalized again with no info from MOCO about this

I love EVERYTHING about MOCO !
I have always hated the hassle of online shopping and not knowing how things fit, until I discovered MOCO! My entire wardrobe has been completely replaced thanks to MOCO’s live sales. The ladies are so sweet and fun to watch, and I love seeing the clothing on all different body types and learning how to style outfits. I especially love the fun holiday lives and the takeovers. The app is so easy to use, customer service is amazing, and returns are so easy. It’s so addicting..no need to shop any where else!

I happened to first see an add for this boutique on facebook. Not sure if it was a scam site, I did a google search to make sure it was legit. Once I saw that it was a legit boutique, I started to tune into the lives and now a year later and still buying a lot. MOCO came into my life at the best time, since the local boutique I used to buy from closed and I was in need of a new boutique to shop. The clothes are great quality and well worth the money spent.

MOCO is so prompt and helpful thru all aspects of buying or returning clothing. I love this boutique. I wish I lived close to it. But as always I will continue to buy online. They really tell you the sizing needs and what it’s made of. Anything you want to know just ask.

Nothing beats Moco
I have been with Moco Boutique for 3 yrs now. It’s the only Boutique I shop with. The staff are fantastic in showing & explaining each item, as well as answering any questions. I have a full closet of MB clothing. I went on a diet a yr. ago and lost 90 lbs so I have everything from L to a small and now & went from size 11 to a size 2. So I have all different sizes of clothes. They have such a great variety of clothing too. ( and shoes, and many other things ) I can’t say enough great things about the clothes & staff. In 3 yrs I’ve only had to return one item. Follow the girls sizing and you won’t have to return anything either. I Love y’all and thanks for having such great customer service as well
