Needs to add gluten free and cauliflower crust to online so we can order ahead like everyone else without food deficiencies

The owner is very kind always. And so are the workers great atmosphere and the one time there was something the wrong the owner apologized and made me a new pizza and delivered it himself and also gave me a card for a pizza for next time. I have been here multiple times and I love it.

Payment issues
We love MOD pizza and love the concept of the app, but I can never have a seamless checkout experience. I always have to enter my card multiple times. Sometimes change the card and it never lets me used a saved card. It totally defeats the convenience of having the app. There are several times when I’m just like forget it. And order something else because I can’t get the app to take my payment. For the love of God please incorporate Apple Pay or something to make checkout easier.

MOD pizza is my fav pizza but your app gives me anxiety lol
Sometimes the app lets me make an entire order of pizzas (I overthink it cause there’s so many options so it takes me a long time) and I get to the end and it loses my order ): it says the store’s availability changed and your order is no longer valid or something like that and it makes me start over. It’s actually happened a few times using the app. It’s very frustrating.

Card scanning doesn’t work, and there’s no Apple Pay option on it.

I have had my credit card number stolen too many times to choose to save my payment information. But that’s the default, and now there’s no way to delete my credit card information! That’s just unacceptable.

I have canceled my account and deleted the app, because it is too annoying.
Downloading an app shouldn’t be an excuse to send unlimited advertising.
