Frustrating when using “re-order”
I couldn’t find a way to reorder my family’s usual order to a different location… also, I kept getting an error message when I tried to add onto the order: it would delete one of the pizzas in my order. So… if you never make changes to your order, this is a good app. If you’d like even the smallest allowance for flexibility, it’s just not here. No shade on the pizza - that’s still good.

Doesn’t take my phone number
Not sure why this app is so glitchy I sometimes have to restart the whole app and order and then finally it doesn’t take my phone number
Buggy App
When it works it is fine but I am constantly running into issues where I try and reorder a previous order and am told that my items are not available and I have to reconstruct the entire order, item by item. When you change the size of the pizza it will dump the toppings and you will have to rebuild. You can’t favorite individual items, only entire orders. I’ve also been through this process and had the finalized order rejected without reason.

Restrictions when using reward points defeats the point.

We absolutely love MOD Pizza in Riverstone! The boys always look forward to coming here, and the pizza is consistently delicious. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always welcoming. Great food, great service, and a fun place for the family. We’ll definitely keep coming back! 🍕❤️

Don’t buy gift cards
The gift cards can’t be used with the app because they come in $30 increments and if you order over $30, the gift card won’t work because it doesn’t cover the entire amount.

Slight inconvenience
Couldn’t use Apple Pay.. had to enter a phone number but it said my phone number was already in use. Why does that matter? If I have an account, forget the password, then create a new account using my Apple information, why can’t I use the same number that’s connected to an old account? Almost gave up on the order entirely.

App needs work
Ordering food works fine, but took forever to log in. Kept making me change my password. No way to update a card on file you have to build it again. Get ApplePay.

How does the cost of a pizza double in 1 year? I get inflation...but the crazy increased cost and changing the rewards program tiers just feels like a giant money grab.
The ingredients are not the same quality as before and the cost is no longer a great value like it once was.

The pizzas are consistently good and have quality ingredients. Very easy to order through the app.

Needs to add gluten free and cauliflower crust to online so we can order ahead like everyone else without food deficiencies

The owner is very kind always. And so are the workers great atmosphere and the one time there was something the wrong the owner apologized and made me a new pizza and delivered it himself and also gave me a card for a pizza for next time. I have been here multiple times and I love it.
