Trying to withdraw funds is complicated. Bonuses are a joke. I got 500 bonus spins, won a few dollars. I go tomorrow and can’t figure out how. I start chatting with support and an hour later, I still have not been explained how to withdraw my own money. The bonus money won apparently hs to be played back on other games., per spin. So if I won 2¢ on a bonus spin I have to play that 2¢, but there aren’t any games allowing you to play 2¢ because 10¢ is the minimum bet. The chat “representative” was not helpful. They just kept typing the same responses, not explaining anything, and sending links to pages I already visited. This app suck!!!!! Uninstalling expeditiously, right after I figure out how to get my money. To hell with the bonus fins won.

App would verify my identity and then log me in but then freeze. When I restarted the app it would then ask to verify my identity again. I tried four times to get it to work with no luck.

You play long… not worth spending your money
I win sometimes but lately I have spent over $1000 and barely get any bonuses. They speed up the game and I think it’s very deceptive. They can say what they want about this regulated but come on now let’s be fair.

I loved this app and the little time it takes to get a withdrawal but for some reason it will not load anymore and it’s not my phone or connection, I deleted and reinstalled it and still won’t open, anyone else having this same problem?

Worst online casino I ever dealt with. They would allow me to deposit money into their casino but had to try to jump through hoops to withdraw money. Contacted support they said it was my bank so I contacted my bank they said it wasn’t them blocking my transaction which makes sense because the same bank had just let me deposit money so why wouldn’t they let me withdraw money? So I deleted my account let them keep whatever money I had on there and will never download this scam casino ever again.

Horrible customer service
Had an issue with verification due to their app malfunctioning, app advised to contact support and they were horrible they literally have the same two people responded to the chat and email, both agents were rude and both disconnected the chat while I was trying to get help for my issue and they refused to escalate the issue, called the number they provide to contact support and what happens one of the 2 rude agents I spoke with answered, honestly if you can get pass the login good but I wouldn’t even play or download this app as you would never get help from support with any issue. They are horrible if I could give it 0 stars I would!!
