Lazy
This app has potential. Our company switched to this helpdesk a few months ago. The site is sleek and was a nice UI upgrade over our previous system. Fairly simple to set up and use. I was excited to see that our ticketing system finally had an app. The issue is that it’s absolute trash.
This app is pretty much just the website with two ugly white bars at the top and bottom of the screen. Text from tickets doesn’t fit on my phone screen unless I turn it to landscape.The action buttons while viewing a ticket make the portrait view impossible to use. You can’t zoom out in portrait either, making it that much more frustrating. Oh, and forget trying to add time to a ticket. The option is there, but you have to do some serious gymnastics to be able to find the button and correctly enter your time. The team that worked on this app is either lazy or dumb. Or both.
I guess I’ll just keep using the website. At least I can read the important information in the tickets and have a full dark mode. The morons running this app don’t seem to care, hence the terrible rating and no meaningful updates. This app needs some serious work and a decent design rework. I’ll change my rating if we ever get that.

Changes after iOS 26.2 update
After iOS updated to 26.2, the display changed when selecting the Helpdesk to open up. This needs to be updated.

I wish they’d either remove this from The App Store or fix it and stop toying with my emotions

Doesn’t load anymore
No matter what you do it will never load your tickets or helpdesk anymore. Support said they had a fix coming months ago….
App won’t work
The App on iPhone and iPad stopped working.
Crap app
You haven’t updated your app. In over 2 years and it no longer works on iPhones. Thank god my university is dropping your dead company for an actually reliable ticketing system.
It's so bad that I actually laughed
You have enter your specific help desk's website EVERY time you use the app. That alone is ridiculous but you also have to log in again! If you have Google 2-step then be prepared for 4-5 screens to look at your tickets anytime you open the app.
By the way... stop trying to make "new" mojo happen. It's clunky, hard to use, has awful Star Wars references and is just confusing. I'm pushing my company hard to switch ticketing systems because of it.
