App sucks
App hadnt been working for months now? Is momentum still in business?
Cannot even onboard
You will be asked to provide an ID when trying to sign up for the service to access the app, but nobody will tell you what the ID is and you cannot find any support for it. This product is an absolute joke. I cannot believe that it is actually released and in-use for the general public.

Does not work
This app literally does not work. It still says, “We are currently experiencing some delays with our Momentum Solar app for system production updates. We please ask that you defer to the enlighten app.” It’s been that way for 2 months now. My system “should” be on tomorrow and I’m excited to see nothing on this app. Can’t watch the electricity flow.

App won’t open project/poor customer support
The app says “Momentum Solar app is currently experiencing some delays”. Its load my project for maybe 3 seconds before defaulting to this screen. It’s been over a week now. Even the Enphase team says that the project hasn’t been created for them to see. Momentum really drops the ball on the easiest things. Customer support told me to “wait it out”

Does not allow to register just keeps giving check feilds and try again error
Hard to read data after update
I find the light blue color of the data on the white background lacks contrast and makes it harder to read.

Great job. They kept me informed about the process. I thought everything would have been done at once but it took a few weeks from doing the electrical work for the actual panels to be installed.
Can’t Log In
Paying thousands for a system with an “updated” app that’s just stagnant and won’t let me log in. I was able to log in once and it gave me a message that said “Please come back when Momentum Solar has created your project.”

All it ever says is loading…. It will not show me anything anymore. Deleted, I will stick with Enlighten
Unexpected Error
App won’t allow registration of account. App says email format incorrect which it’s not. Please fix otherwise I’ll stick with Enlighten -Enform which works smoothly

Stuck on Loading
I got an email today saying to try the new Momentum Solar App. I figured they finally fixed issues. After entering username and password, it's still stuck on Loading
Log in issues
Since the new update, when I log in, it just says “Loading…” and never lets me enter the app.
Can not register
Trying to register. I got a confirmation code but no where to enter it into the app. Can’t get the app to work
