App sucks
App hadnt been working for months now? Is momentum still in business?
Cannot even onboard
You will be asked to provide an ID when trying to sign up for the service to access the app, but nobody will tell you what the ID is and you cannot find any support for it. This product is an absolute joke. I cannot believe that it is actually released and in-use for the general public.

Does not work
This app literally does not work. It still says, “We are currently experiencing some delays with our Momentum Solar app for system production updates. We please ask that you defer to the enlighten app.” It’s been that way for 2 months now. My system “should” be on tomorrow and I’m excited to see nothing on this app. Can’t watch the electricity flow.

App won’t open project/poor customer support
The app says “Momentum Solar app is currently experiencing some delays”. Its load my project for maybe 3 seconds before defaulting to this screen. It’s been over a week now. Even the Enphase team says that the project hasn’t been created for them to see. Momentum really drops the ball on the easiest things. Customer support told me to “wait it out”
