It’s like a the deepest breath you can take.
Immediately calm in the most stressful moments. This got my brain back to a really safe space. Love the visuals.
A pleasant practice
This app is amazing. Aesthetically pleasing, great for my attention, and I love it as a wind down routine. Highly recommend for its thoughtful design & practical uses in our crazy world.
In need of focus
This has actually really worked for me. Every time I'm in a conversation or in a situation where I know I need focus, I'm reminded by all the times I've practiced it. Thanks Mono
