Cannot pair app to earphones despite numerous attempts
Absolute trash
This app doesn’t work properly or acknowledge pairing at all. It will help you pair in a long painful process but not acknowledge it actually happened. It’s much better to use the settings on the phone. The buds themselves seem to be working just fine and the only reason I was trying to use the app was to see if there was a “find my” function like an iPod. Anyway I’m deleting this app it’s garbage.

Connessione e pairing assolutamente poco pratico!!!😔
Incredibile, tutto il contrario di quello che uno vorrebbe dalla praticità di un auricolare a partire dalla fase di “pairing” e dal dover effettuare il download di una applicazione ad hoc, per non parlare del fatto che alla fine funziona un solo auricolare e l’altro neanche si ricarica, non da segni di vita! E tutto ciò dopo aver speso una cifra per l’acquisto! Esperienza assolutamente negativa 😱😔

Desconozco los problemas del pasado pero la app me ha funcionado bien en cuanto a la personalización de los audífonos, solo se congeló con el registro de mi cuente mimi de prueba de sonido.
Great headphones and app
Great headphones. I have the Apple AirPod, Max, top-of-the-line Sony, and top-of-the-line Bose. I have been dissatisfied with all of them. These are far superior and the sound quality, build quality, and app are phenomenal.

Can’t use equalizer
I was able to make it a personalised sound experience according to what I like when I firstbpaired my the earpods but now the app doesn’t show that option/the equaliser. Basically NO options!! Fix the damn thing so we can at least use it properly!!
Does not work
Useless app! Doesn’t recognize the headset. Doesn’t connect even store admitted the app is useless.

사소한 버그라면 그려러니 하겠는데, 앱자체가 실행 안하거나 사용시마다 제멋대로 이퀄라이저가 바뀌는건 고쳐야 하지 않나 싶네요. 버그 수정 부탁합니다.

Die App ist echt unnötig. Koppelt von 20 Versuchen vielleicht 1 mal mit den Kopfhörern. Wenn man dann 1 min Pause einlegt mit dem Musik Hören, wird die Kopplung unterbrochen.

Have never gotten app to work
I really like the MTB 03 earbuds, but the app has never recognized the earbuds and thus I have never gotten it to work. Clearly the app is not well tested. A shame from a luxury company to have such lousy tech.
Avoid
Very disappointed. Clearly you purchase this because of the Montblanc name as it is associated with luxury. You don’t purchase this because they’re known for audio quality. The earphones won’t charge properly. It is not at all clear about troubleshooting. I could never get one of the earphones to play. They won’t reset to factory settings. They say to watch wether it blinks blue and white. Mine never changed from blinking green. Despite charging and recharging the case and the earphones, the app kept telling one or the other earphones was at 0%. This despite the fact that the left one never played, only the right one. Bottom line, a lot of money and a lot of trouble.
