Too much for too little
Icl this is soo complicated. If you want to play with something let’s say a car that moves when you spend money on it. You’d think all you have to do is tap your card or insert coins. Well you’d be wrong because you have to download this app. Enter your name, email and phone number, then recharge the card and scan a qr code which takes forever. And if you put too much money you can’t l take out any of it.

I am going to sue this company
I have money in my account. The problem is that I am unable to access the wallet. When the app launches, It prompts me to enter my phone number. After entering my phone number, I’m prompted to enter the SMS code that is sent to my number. Unfortunately, I never receive the SMS code. After repeated attempts to contact customer support through the app, I still cannot access my funds. I have prepaid legal services and my attorney drafted up a “Payable on Demand, Intent to Sue” letter. If this cannot be resolved by 8/1/26, I’m going to send the letter and file a case against this company. They are withholding my money.

I dont know why the owner decided to do this before you just tap your apple pay and done! Now you have to do this. Im not getting water from this machines any mores
Unnecessary
It takes longer and collects more data than just using a credit card or coins. This is not the tech anybody needs.
Needs major overhaul
No basic functions work properly for new account signups. Couldn’t even get past the initial code verification stage.
Don’t fall for extra credits!
I used the app for water dispenser. I was happy that it gave me extra credit whenever I loaded up the app for $25. Now, I can’t log login and can’t get the login code. So far, there is no customer service. Very disappointed.
Was not able to sign up
Tried to create a log in but the app does not send the verification code to my phone. I tried SMS and I tried phone call. I tried it on separate days and nothing. I only downloaded it to get a credit from a vending machine that took my money and now I’m seeing this is too much of a hassle. Please fix it!

No issues with working machines
the machine I go to isn’t connected even though it was the machine that promoted the app and got me to download it and get it started… but I found another machine close enough that works and that so far has been a simple and great experience…

Installed app at machine, machine wouldn’t accept it
The card reader at my water machine is temperamental so I scanned the code, installed the app, added money. Machine wouldn’t accept the app as payment. Complete waste of time.
First time download and log in
Not receiving verification code to complete creating account… requested code multiple times by text or call and nothing received… this app looks like a scam… I don’t trust it… delete and remove app ASAP if I you experience the same
Useless
I’m visiting from out of town in Overland Park. I need to use this machine to get soap to wash my clothes. I ordered my phone number like it asked and told me I had to enter a verification code that it would send me in 30 seconds. It never sent it. I tried again didn’t send it. Try again didn’t send it and then locked me out of the system for 30 minutes so I just had to drive 20 minutes to soap because this stupid app doesn’t work.

Worst App
Absolute worst app on the market. Doesn’t detect TWO of our machines at work. I loaded a card up months ago with $15 and somehow it disappeared. When I hoped it would work again this time around I loaded up again but of course it didn’t. Lame

I love this app it’s so helpful at my work I can just click one button and not have to worry about where my wallet or cash is at at the time 10 out of 10 recommend
Do not bother
As a customer, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. I signed up for the card to use at the vending machines in my apartment complex, but none of the machines are even connected. To make matters worse, I was charged at a machine I never visited. When I contacted customer service, I was advised to reach out to the owner of the vending machine where the purchase occurred to request a refund.
I explained that I was unsure where the charge originated, as I had never visited that machine. Based on the icon, it appeared to be a gas station air pump—yet I don’t even own a car! I requested that they investigate the transaction and provide more details.
It has been three days, and I have received no response from customer service. A follow-up email was sent and a response is still pending. Overall, the customer service has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful.

Es buena pero…
Hay veces que entre la máquina y la app no se comunican y se batalla mucho para poder comprar, sin embargo los pagos se procesan bien, en efectivo he tenido problemas ya que parece que se traba la máquina y no da el producto y tienes que volver a pagar.

Very bad app got £36 on card but like other users have said app and vending machines do not communicate to each other so my money is stuck on my card trying to get a refund from them is impossible as they just keep blaming the machine user company

Worked really well took a few step to set up and then worked as expected the game during waiting time is very fun

I would love to give a review of how this thing actually works but I couldn’t even get started. It has one of those stupid “verify the code we send you” features, but the code never comes. When you try to resend the code, it says “you’ve had too many unsuccessful login attempts so try again in 30 minutes”. I will not be trying again. I thought they wanted money 🤷♂️
