Ridiculous that I can’t speak with someone twice without it asking for upgrading. That’s not fair. I still need it and shouldn’t have to pay for “care”

Excellent app!!

I used this app on a trial for about a week and as a psychology major I highly recommend this app for anxiety management whether yours is severe or mild. This app is a good way to track your thoughts and practice breathing exercises. These breathing exercises allows your body to calm down when you are stressed out. Another part of this app I want to mention is the CBT method located by talking to the AI. The CBT process is about locating the negative thought, recognizing it as a negative thought, crating a replacement thought, and then using that replacement thought when you realize you are obsessing over the negative thought. The way this app sets it up is that you give them the negative thought and then you come up with things you can say instead and why the negative thought is untrue. It also includes what would you tell a friend who is thinking this. This part made me step back and look at what I was thinking and realized it was just my brain overthinking things. These methods should work for reframing thoughts and allow for less stressful thinking.

Fab app!

This app is wonderful and is really boosting my mood and helping me keep track of how I feel. Thank you for creating such a great tool.

This app is really making a difference

The exercises and courses available in this app are really making a difference to me. I really like having a little therapist in my pocket that I can access any time of the day and night. It is really helping me to work with my feelings rather than against them. I use this app everyday and I am really seeing the benefits.
