What’s with the new interface and restrictions?
I’ve had and been using this platform to buy and transfer my crypto to my wallets and multiple investments for years and all of a sudden the new updated version has restrictions to which when I’m trying to verify my identity it’s not going through. I no longer see assets I would buy or check up on(USDT Tron) . MoonPay has never given any problems until now what happened? The old interface was more user friendly and straightforward.

Poor customer service
I only gave 2 stars because the 1st few months went ok. Then my account was restricted for an unknown reason. I requested a review only to be told a violation of ToS!? What does that mean? How can someone violate the ToS when you simply buy BTC and then transfer it to a wallet? I used Exodus. That’s not fraudulent nor uncommon. I would not recommend to anyone to waste their time with Moonpay. From reading the other reviews it is common for them to shut you down without explanation or warning.
