They keep making it worse and more useless
They made the $5 off reward go from 50 points to 70, it’s like witnessing the fall of rome
Always Friendly
Love coming in for a quick lunch. Staff are always pleasant. Thx JJ
Gotten worse over time
There’s a bug that won’t let you re-order favorites or past orders, the estimated time isn’t accurate so sometimes you’ll show up and it’s an extra 15 minutes, and the latest update added about 20 clicks just to add an items to an order. It’s gotten so bad over time.
The app just doesn’t work
Tried to log in with Apple, was prompted to enter a phone number, was told the number was already in use…. But just got stuck on that screen. No option to log into that account, no back arrow or x, even closing and reopening the app just brings me back to that screen. I’m literally stuck there indefinitely unless I come up with another phone number for a new account. That’s one way to guarantee you don’t get a customer I guess

The $5 off reward used to be redeemable for 50 points and now you have to have 70, it’s greedy.
Restaurant is great, app is trash
Why is your app constantly and repeatedly asking me to ‘press and hold’ a button to prove I am not a bot? And once I do that you reload it and then ask me to do it again? It’s a restaurant app, let me order a burger already. Good job, I’ll order elsewhere now.
Won’t go past the Home Screen
Mooyah, welcome, blah blah… doesn’t go past that screen. Tried downloading the app on my android and it states that the app was made for an older version of android. Two different phones, 2 different phone types, and neither can access the app
Great service & food
Hamburger was very good, great flavor, large and able to customize. Staff very friendly and helpful
$12 milkshakes. Stay away
Overpriced milkshake flavors . Five tiny chocolate chips for $1.49 is ridiculous. $5 shake turns into &12 one. I will do the best I can to prevent my kids going to MOOYAH
Never works
It always crashes and im not able to redeem, I would have a beer experience if didn’t know this app existed
Works, mostly
I can place my order but it never allows me to use my rewards, which was why i downloaded the app. Doesn’t matter what my order contains, combos, single items, large orders, no reward is able to be redeemed.

Old app never updated
This app doesn’t support Apple Pay and hasn’t been updated in 2+ yrs. Not sure what happened, did they fire their app developer?
Beware It’s a scam!
Assign advertisement that said download this app and get a free burger. I downloaded the app and there was no coupon for a free burger. This is a scam and false advertising. Please be aware. Do not download.
Confusing
App is confusing when it comes to ordering. I added the classic combo with only doing the modification for a coke. I didn’t think I actually had to press add item when I didn’t want to make any changes. My food came out as a plain hamburger with nothing on it and no fries. On the receipt and in the app it showed: Classic combo and underneath that was drink choice

App is bogus
I can’t make an account because my phone number is taken. I can’t reset my account because you can only do that with an email. I don’t have a clue what email address is associated with my phone number. This account creation/recovery logic is ridiculous.
They will not refund when they are out of food or drinks.
They stole my money by saying they were out of stuff and refused a refund cause they are all new. It’s actually pathetic that those workers still have a job. They are out of all cold drinks because they don’t know how to change it. In reality they are too lazy.
Great experience
Our experience at MOOYAH in Gallatin, Tn was wonderful. Customer service was great, fries were good and our hamburgers were delicious. We met the owner while dining there and he was so nice and answered a few questions for us. Will definitely be back and we have already recommended to several friends to go try MOOYAH! Oh and the organic fruit juice was delicious.

Review overdue but never too late to commend Chris & Denise for their exceptional customer service on my last visit. They acknowledged my birthday and went above and beyond. I love to frequent establishments where I’m remembered and always taken care of! See you guys soon!
