It always crashes and im not able to redeem, I would have a beer experience if didn’t know this app existed
Works, mostly
I can place my order but it never allows me to use my rewards, which was why i downloaded the app. Doesn’t matter what my order contains, combos, single items, large orders, no reward is able to be redeemed.

Old app never updated
This app doesn’t support Apple Pay and hasn’t been updated in 2+ yrs. Not sure what happened, did they fire their app developer?
Beware It’s a scam!
Assign advertisement that said download this app and get a free burger. I downloaded the app and there was no coupon for a free burger. This is a scam and false advertising. Please be aware. Do not download.
Confusing
App is confusing when it comes to ordering. I added the classic combo with only doing the modification for a coke. I didn’t think I actually had to press add item when I didn’t want to make any changes. My food came out as a plain hamburger with nothing on it and no fries. On the receipt and in the app it showed: Classic combo and underneath that was drink choice

App is bogus
I can’t make an account because my phone number is taken. I can’t reset my account because you can only do that with an email. I don’t have a clue what email address is associated with my phone number. This account creation/recovery logic is ridiculous.
They will not refund when they are out of food or drinks.
They stole my money by saying they were out of stuff and refused a refund cause they are all new. It’s actually pathetic that those workers still have a job. They are out of all cold drinks because they don’t know how to change it. In reality they are too lazy.
Great experience
Our experience at MOOYAH in Gallatin, Tn was wonderful. Customer service was great, fries were good and our hamburgers were delicious. We met the owner while dining there and he was so nice and answered a few questions for us. Will definitely be back and we have already recommended to several friends to go try MOOYAH! Oh and the organic fruit juice was delicious.

2026 and no Apple Pay option and no auto fill credit card option when adding a card
Buggy app
As soon as I download the app it wants my name and number. Can’t provide due to already having an account associated with my phone number. No other options available. Terrible design when you can’t even look at the menu.
Poor Functionality Requirements to Order
Poor development of UI and functionality. Requires account to order. Requires credit card entry to order vs many other food service apps needing only Apple Pay.
App never works
Seems like every time I make the effort to place an order via the app I get the error saying it can’t validate my order. Otherwise, we love MooYah.
False advertising
I originally gave it a try because I passed a sign saying new customers would get a freebie burger after spending $10, I never got it however the food was $11, so pretty quality for the price. I’ll likely delete the app, however it wasn’t a bad experience, just not worth keeping up with regarding deals

Load it up
Every time I want to load up the fries, it never does it.
The apps offers very buggy
The app’s online ordering works perfectly well, and the food at any mooyah is always great, however the offers need some fixing. I’ve used the app for something like 10 mobile orders, and only 2 times have the offers actually worked. It always just randomly says no offers are valid, and don’t work for both online orders, or in the store.

Bait and Switch
First off, the “use your full name” with the eye roll emoji during sign up is pretty condescending. I downloaded the app and signed up because I received a flyer in the mail with coupon codes to use for mobile orders. None of them work. Requested to delete my account since I guess they just want to sell my data

Wasted Time
This app is not user friendly at all. If you want to reorder, you have to make sure it’s the exact same location. If you change locations you have to start your order over from the very beginning. Even using the redemption codes from the app only work about 50% of the time. The amount of hours I have wasted trying to order ahead is ridiculous.
