Anytime you close the app for literally anything, you have to log in again and that pop up about no passwords comes again. Aggravating. Also, the balance is not accurate. I almost didn’t pay rent bc it showed $0.00 for the longest and I got an email saying I needed to pay my rent. It’s just a poorly put together app. IMO

New to the App
I don’t understand this App. I’m new to this App but not new to technology. Hopefully I’ll get the hang of it sooner than later. I don’t like that I was charged a late fee and I paid my rent on the due date.
Roaches, trash, no AC, horrible neighbors
Morgan Properties is a horrible company do not live here if they are involved. They refuse to turn on Air conditioning, do not call exterminators, allow trash to pile up on weekends. STAY AWAY FROM MORGAN PROPERTIES

Very user friendly app. Easy to navigate.
In major need of an update!
The app doesn’t “remember” you. Who wants to log in every… single… time ! There should be a four number pin to make things easier. At the end of the day, is not like anyone is running to pay someone else’s rent. If I don’t remember and exceed the limit of times, give the option to make a new password! Get rid of the 30min lock out!!!!

It's a well designed app, but...
They need to add biometrics. It's so frustrating that when I don't open the app for 5 minutes to answer some texts, I have to sign in all over again. And then again and again every single time I wanna do something.
