It’s not fully functional especially when it comes to making a maintenance request. I have had more issues that do not fall under the available categories and it seems that maintenance responds much faster when the leasing office creates the ticket for you

The application has a glitch that won’t let you plug in income verification under account payments. I had the deposit sent to my account but unable to plug the numbers in because the app won’t let me hit enter after typing in the numbers.

Rent payment
The rental payment for this property is less then convenient. The rent amount is only posted hours before the due date. The only payment methods are either through the app that charges a ridiculous percentage based on the rent amount. Or you can go through a payment service through local vendors that charges a more reasonable flat rate fee but will only take cash. None of this was explained upfront before lease signing. So be aware.

Does not let me pay ahead
I always pay my rent up so I am a month ahead and I do not like how it does not allow me I don’t want to hold money in my account for 2 or 3 weeks just to be able to pay because things come up and I want to make sure I don’t forget to pay on time or use the money so this makes me not care for this app at all

Please stop buying out properties in towns to manufacture the market rate it’s disgusting and the apartments and management is disgusting

This app has made it possible to request maintenance for emergency repairs and regular maintenance,at any time of the day. It allows you to pay your rent and receive notifications for anything related to your community. It is easy to use
Service fee sucks!
With how much I’m already paying in rent I shouldn’t have to pay a service fee.

Pretty quick on solving issues
They are responsive to issues and will usually get to you within a few hours or 24 hours at most.
Dan even helped with an old AC and replaced it that day. He is amazing and even the other guys helped me lug my TEMU couch to my building. The maintenance guys are really amazing.

This crew of maintenance has been the best I’ve seen since living in this complex for the last 7 years.
Water under the sink
Sink was Taken care of the very next day along with several other items like toilets running, switch plates that were sloppy with paint were replaced as well as attention given to the condition of the refrigerator. These guys have been great !

Anytime you close the app for literally anything, you have to log in again and that pop up about no passwords comes again. Aggravating. Also, the balance is not accurate. I almost didn’t pay rent bc it showed $0.00 for the longest and I got an email saying I needed to pay my rent. It’s just a poorly put together app. IMO

New to the App
I don’t understand this App. I’m new to this App but not new to technology. Hopefully I’ll get the hang of it sooner than later. I don’t like that I was charged a late fee and I paid my rent on the due date.
Roaches, trash, no AC, horrible neighbors
Morgan Properties is a horrible company do not live here if they are involved. They refuse to turn on Air conditioning, do not call exterminators, allow trash to pile up on weekends. STAY AWAY FROM MORGAN PROPERTIES
