I’ve called Blair Mill Village East home for 5 years , and it’s been a great experience overall. The office staff and maintenance team have always treated me with respect, and work orders have been completed quickly. The grounds are kept clean, and I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a community I’d recommend to others looking for an apartment in the area.

Bad enough I have to pay rent but I have to pay an extra fee for the privilege
Unusable
There’s been so many issues with paying rent. It never takes either of our bank numbers or cards. Only time it’ll work is if I split the payments on Apple Pay. There’s fees for Apple Pay or using Wip. There’s also no place to cancel a work order and the orders are limited in what you can say. Overall bad experience every time.

The app is easy to use. Explains things in detail, it’s great that you can schedule maintenance, sign your lease renewal and check events all in one place. #asf Never pay late again with the leasing app. The ability to check balances, maintenance schedules, activities in community makes staying on top of expenses easy. #easton #thinkplandorecord

I have had so many issue with this app during my renting process it will sometimes just stop working were I have to fully delete it and redownload it. It’s taking DAYS to process payments before making late fees sometimes. It just showed loading symbols after attempting to pay for 4 days until I deleted the app and redownloaded it just to see another late fee awful awful awful app I even have screen shots of it with time stamps it’s nuts

Find somewhere else
To cheap to fix any of your maintenance issues properly, there’s mold in the buildings, you pay a $70 amenity fee for internet that does not work, bicycles with flat tires, putting greens filled with rocks, loud parties everyday of the week, theyre cutting down all the shade. This place is a joke.
Unhelpful maintenance
Multiple requests for AC to be fixed. Someone comes out, says it’s fixed but coil freezes up again. Rinse and repeat. Morgan doesn’t want to properly fix anything, but sure is happy to always take my rent payment on time
