I recommend everybody to use Morse.
Their customer service is very fast and effective. I get my money immediately from the sender. The withdrawal process is very straightforward. The only problem is that customer service don’t operate during weekends. Which shouldn’t be a thing in today’s time. I should get support any day of the week. Specially weekends.

best way to move money internationally
I use Morse to move money between my bank accounts in different countries, to pay people back easily, and also to spend internationally with no fees. It saves me so much time/money/stress!!
It’s a scam
They advertise that the first three transfers are free, but that is misleading. When I tried to send money to Mexico, I was still charged a fee.
Customer support replies the next day, and there is no phone number to call. The AI assistant seems to be the only immediate support available, and this was the answer I received:
“The ‘first three transfers free’ promotion you see on the website applies only to international deposits or withdrawals made through linked payment methods, such as your bank account or debit card.
When you send money directly to a Mexican CLABE account from abroad, there is always a small fee: USD 0.50 or 0.25% of the amount you send, whichever is greater.”
In my opinion, this should be explained much more clearly on the website. The promotion gives the impression that the first three transfers are free, but in practice that does not apply to transfers sent directly to a Mexican CLABE account.

New Name, Same Issues and Bugs, Absent Support Team, and Poor Execution of Otherwise Great Ideas
At some point, Morse/Sling, the mostly absent leadership and unresponsive human support will have to stop hiding behind their new name and design, and Anna, the promising but overwhelmed and limited AI, and give more consideration to their regular users’ needs. I’ve personally spoken to key people regarding the various issues plaguing the app to no avail. Interface problems and bugs that continue to go unfixed, a WhatsApp community almost never checked and plagued with scammers, random account freezes and information requests for vague “compliance” reasons that are somehow never experienced on other apps even after several years. Not to mention a problematic referral scheme limited to only 3 new users with none of the bonus going to new users. I will miss the few good things the app did offer, in particular a near seamless cryptocurrency integration, but none of the app’s lost potential.

ID verified accounts mean nothing
This app allows scammers to hide behind an ID verified status and which enables them to lure victims into fraudulent transactions then hide behind irreversible P2P mechanics. This platform clearly is enabling fraud despite solid proof of theft.
I definitely do not recommend this app and I will be filing every possible complaint and report I can making sure they are forced to do something about it.

This is seriously dumb
Cannot withdraw my money. The AI chat is broken, looping, and won't let me talk to support. So I’m losing $645.

Then one day all my deposits are stopped and my account was put in for a “routine” review. That was a month ago! Literally over 4 weeks this account has been in review, with no answers other than, we will reach out to you when the review is done! It’s becoming a joke in my household. We call anything that is going to take forever with no end in sight, routine. Apps good when it works

I have been using Morse Money for my international transfers, and I could not be happier with the experience. The process is incredibly straightforward, which takes all the stress out of sending money. For the longest time I couldn’t find an app to send and receive money for free. The I found (sling). Love how it’s free and I’m able to receive money into my account within minutes. It does depend what bank you use so sometimes it’s longer but my bank is quick. You can transfer money between accounts without even having to send it to the app. I use it to avoid paying fees transferring from cashapp to my bank. So useful. Highly recommend this app. Also works to receive money from Kenya, for FREE! I’m sure it works with other countries but I haven’t tried. Please don’t start charging fees like every other app. This app is just what I needed!

The worst app ever. It doesn’t login, it doesn’t verify you, it is horrible.
Very bad and useless app
I lost $300 that never reached my account. I request a refund of this money does not deposit in my account.
Buggy w/ Terrible Support, Data Misuse
Support ignores help requests, even when bugs or glitches plague the app. Limits, UI, and other rules are constantly changing. Sensitive data is collected on customers and customers are profiled based on cards used, location, etc. Global Venmo alternative? Yeah right - at least Venmo and Wise work.
