It crashes every time I open the app, this is one of the worst watch apps I have ever used
App keeps crashing
Whenever I try to do something it just crashes. I’ve tried writing feedback on the app but it crashed seven times and I just gave up :(
Useless watch
Can’t use the watch because it won’t pair with the app anymore. Can’t get support to answer me.
Issues with app
Bought watch. Used to get notifications now none. Doesn’t produce graphs on activity like it indicates. Poor quality
Records negative values !?!
Sleep wont write to apple health, as its giving me negative values for REM sleep. I returned my Motowatch 70, purchased a 120 and same issue. Ce brands support was clueless and closed my ticket, suggesting a reset.

App wants to confirm account details , when I have never been asked to provide them. Garbage app!!

Watch Firmware Update Troublesome
Watch is good app is good to but latest firmware update has messed up weather degrees on the watch.
Current temperature is 70F watch is showing 32F if I select Celsius it shows 0 degrees on watch.

I think people giving it bad stars haven’t updated their phones, or have bad wifi. The app works great! The watch is great! It’s light, and has many fun backgrounds. If you’re having trouble just reset the watch, I did and it worked! I’m very happy😁
App doesn’t work so watch doesn’t work
This device has to sync to your phone in order to tell the time and the day/date. However the app wants account details for an account I haven’t set up yet. There is no option to set up a new watch.
App showing network issue
Bought new watch and trying to setup up. But the app seems to have some issues. It is not working at all and this is very annoying.

Not sure what you all do but since yesterday the app keeps crashing when launched. It was going great and really liked the features but now disappointed with the app.
Crashes every time I open
Not sure what you fixed on the app with this latest update but now it just keeps closing down when I open it to sinc with my M70 watch.

I really like the watch and love the set up of the app, but every time I launch it to change something or to sync my watch it away crashes and kicks me out of the app. I would appreciate it if it could be fixed cause it is crazy annoying having to launch the app five times just to change my alarm cause it keeps crashing.

Crash after launch
While you were fixing some bugs, you created a more serious bug. Now, every time after the app’s launch, it’s just crashed. Can’t use it anymore.
Invasion of privacy
You cannot use the app (or the device you purchased) unless you agree to share health data with the company.
